3. Initial Setup

3.1 Charging the Device

1. Before first use, fully charge the espresso maker.
2. Connect the provided USB-C charging cable to the charging port on the device.
3. Connect the other end of the cable to a compatible USB power source (e.g., wall adapter, power bank, car charger).
4. The battery indicator lights on the device will illuminate to show charging progress. All lights will be solid when fully charged.

3.2 Assembling for Use

1. Unscrew the bottom part of the espresso maker.
2. Select the appropriate adapter for your coffee type:
   • For ground coffee: Use the ground coffee basket.
   • For NS capsules: Use the NS capsule adapter.
   • For DG capsules: Use the DG capsule adapter.
3. Insert your chosen coffee (ground or capsule) into the selected adapter.
4. Screw the adapter assembly firmly back onto the main unit.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Hot Extraction (Self-Heating)

1. Ensure the device is charged and your coffee is loaded into the correct adapter.
2. Unscrew the top lid and fill the water reservoir with up to 50ml of room-temperature water. Do not exceed the MAX fill line.
3. Securely replace the top lid.
4. Place the espresso maker on the foldable coffee stand with a cup underneath, or hold it securely over your cup.
5. Long press the power button for approximately 2-3 seconds to activate the self-heating function. The indicator lights will show heating progress.
6. Once the water reaches 92°C (approx. 3 minutes), the device will automatically begin extraction.
7. Enjoy your freshly brewed hot espresso.

4.2 Cold Extraction (No Heating)

1. Ensure the device is charged and your coffee is loaded into the correct adapter.
2. Unscrew the top lid and fill the water reservoir with cold water (or pre-heated water if you prefer a hot brew without self-heating).
3. Securely replace the top lid.
4. Place the espresso maker on the foldable coffee stand with a cup underneath, or hold it securely over your cup.
5. Double-click the power button to initiate direct extraction without heating.
6. Enjoy your cold brew or pre-heated espresso.

5.1 Cleaning After Each Use

1. Unscrew the bottom part of the device and remove the used coffee grounds or capsule.
2. Rinse all removable parts (adapters, cup, bottom section) under running water.
3. Wipe the main unit with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the main unit in water.
4. Ensure all parts are completely dry before reassembling or storing.

Note: The item is not dishwasher safe.

• Device not turning on: Ensure the battery is fully charged. Connect to a power source and check if indicator lights show charging.
• Water not heating: Verify that you are performing a long press (2-3 seconds) on the power button for hot extraction. Ensure sufficient water is in the reservoir.
• No or weak espresso extraction:
  • Check if the water reservoir is filled to the appropriate level.
  • Ensure the coffee adapter is correctly assembled and tightly screwed onto the main unit.
  • For ground coffee, ensure the grind size is appropriate for espresso (fine grind) and not too coarse or too fine, which can affect pressure.
  • For capsules, ensure they are properly seated and not damaged.
• Leaking: Ensure all parts are securely tightened. Check that the silicone seals are clean and properly seated.
