2. Setup

2.1 Unboxing and Initial Charge

Upon unboxing, ensure all components are present: the portable coffee maker unit, USB charging cable, carrying case, coffee stand, and user manual. Before first use, fully charge the device using the provided USB cable. The battery indicator lights will show charging progress.

2.2 Component Assembly

3. Operation

3.1 General Operation

The device operates with a single button. A long press initiates the self-heating function for hot coffee. A double click initiates direct extraction for cold brew or if pre-heated water is used.

3.2 Using with Coffee Grounds

  1. Unscrew the bottom section and insert the coffee grounds basket.
  2. Fill the basket with fine-ground coffee. Do not overfill.
  3. Screw the bottom section back onto the main unit.
  4. Fill the water tank with water (cold for self-heating, hot for direct extraction).
  5. Place the unit on the coffee stand with a cup underneath.
  6. Press the power button according to your desired extraction method.

3.3 Using with NS/DG Capsules

  1. Unscrew the bottom section and insert the appropriate capsule adapter (NS or DG).
  2. Place the capsule into the adapter.
  3. Screw the bottom section back onto the main unit.
  4. Fill the water tank with water (cold for self-heating, hot for direct extraction).
  5. Place the unit on the coffee stand with a cup underneath.
  6. Press the power button according to your desired extraction method.

3.4 Hot Extraction (Self-Heating)

Fill the water tank with room-temperature water. Long press the power button. The device will heat the water to approximately 92°C (197.6°F) in about 3 minutes before extracting the coffee. This process is suitable for 1.7oz (50ml) of water.

3.5 Cold Extraction

Fill the water tank with cold water. Double click the power button. The device will extract coffee directly without heating. This method is ideal for cold brew or when using pre-heated water.

4. Maintenance

4.1 Cleaning

Regular cleaning is essential for optimal performance and hygiene. All parts that come into contact with coffee or water are BPA-free and designed for easy cleaning.

  • After each use, disassemble the coffee maker and rinse the coffee basket/capsule adapter, water tank, and coffee cup with warm water.
  • Use a soft brush or sponge to remove any coffee residue.
  • Do not immerse the main electronic unit in water. Wipe it with a damp cloth.
