2.2 Battery Installation/Replacement

The keypad comes with a 9V alkaline battery pre-installed. To replace the battery:

1. Open the keypad cover.
2. Locate the battery compartment.
3. Remove the old 9V battery.
4. Insert a new 9V alkaline battery, ensuring correct polarity.
5. Close the battery compartment and keypad cover.

2.3 Mounting the Keypad

The keypad is designed for wall mounting. Choose a convenient location near your garage door, out of reach of small children.

1. Hold the keypad in the desired mounting location and mark the positions for the mounting screws.

3. Operating Instructions

3.1 Opening/Closing the Garage Door

To operate your garage door:

1. Enter your programmed 4-digit PIN on the keypad.
2. Press the ENTER button.

The garage door will open or close. If the door is already in motion, entering the PIN and pressing ENTER will stop it.

3.2 One-Touch Closing Feature

For quick closing, the keypad offers a one-touch closing feature:

• After successfully entering your PIN and opening the door, you can close it by simply pressing the ENTER button again.
• This feature is effective only within 15 seconds after the initial password entry.

3.3 Using Temporary Passwords

You can set temporary PINs for visitors, couriers, or maintenance personnel. This allows them access without providing your permanent entry code.
