This manual provides detailed instructions for the installation, operation, and maintenance of your Thermalright CORE Vision 360 Black CPU AIO Cooler. Please read this manual thoroughly before installation and use to ensure proper functionality and safety.
2. Safety Guidelines
Observe the following safety precautions to prevent damage to the product or injury to yourself:
- Always disconnect power from your computer before installation or maintenance.
- Handle components with care to avoid damage to sensitive electronic parts.
- Ensure all connections are secure before powering on the system.
- Keep the product away from liquids and extreme temperatures.
- Do not attempt to open or modify the cooler's sealed components.

4. Installation Guide
4.1. Pre-Installation
Before starting, ensure your motherboard is compatible with the cooler. This cooler supports AMD AM4/AM5 and Intel LGA1150/1151/1155/1156/1200/2011/2066/1700/1851 sockets.
4.2. AMD AM5/AM4 Motherboard Installation
- Remove the motherboard's plastic brackets around the CPU socket. Keep the original backplate.
- Install the four red spacers onto the backplate screws.
- Place the two metal AMD brackets onto the spacers and secure them with the provided screws. Tighten with a screwdriver.
4.3. Intel LGA1700/1851 Motherboard Installation
- Adjust the mounting hole position on the Intel backplate to 1700/1851.
- Install the backplate from the backside of the motherboard.
- Install the 1851/1700 spacers through the backplate screws from the front side of the motherboard.
- Install two Intel brackets on the spacers. Ensure the backplate screws pass through the LGA1700/1851 holes on the brackets.
- Secure the brackets with the provided nuts.
4.4. Waterblock and Radiator Installation (Common Procedures)
- Apply thermal compound to the CPU IHS (Integrated Heat Spreader).
- Remove the protective sticker from the coldplate of the waterblock.
- Carefully place the waterblock onto the CPU, aligning the waterblock bracket nuts with the screws on the installed brackets.
- Tighten both screws on the bracket with a screwdriver to apply even mounting pressure.
- Mount the radiator to an available fan slot in your PC case using the radiator screws. Ensure proper airflow direction.
4.5. Cable Connections
- Connect the waterblock pump power cable to the CPU_OPT or AIO_PUMP header on your motherboard.
- Connect the fan 4-pin PWM headers to the provided PWM splitter cable.
- Connect the PWM splitter cable to the motherboard's CPU_FAN header to power the fans and synchronize fan speed.
- Remove the protective caps from the ARGB 3-pin connectors. Connect the fan ARGB connectors to sync lighting.
- Connect the ARGB lighting cable to the motherboard's 3-pin +5V ARGB header for lighting control.
- Connect the USB cable from the waterblock LCD to a USB 2.0 header on your motherboard.
- Connect the Type-C data cable to the waterblock LCD.

5. Operating Instructions: TRCC Software & LCD Customization
The Thermalright CORE Vision 360 features an IPS LCD screen on the waterblock that can display system information and custom content. To customize the display, you need to install the TRCC software.
5.1. TRCC Software Installation
- Download the English version of the TRCC software from the official Thermalright website: www.thermalright.com/support/download/
- Unzip the downloaded file and install TRCC.
- Double-click the shortcut of TRCC to start the software.
- To enable TRCC software to start automatically at OS boot, navigate to the Thermalright Control Center settings and select 'Automatic start'.
5.2. LCD Display Customization
The TRCC software allows extensive customization of the LCD display:
- Color Settings: Adjust the color of displayed information manually using RGB numbers or by clicking on the color ring. Different color effects like monochrome, breathe, color cycle, and temperature-based color changes can be applied.
- Brightness: Drag the brightness slider to change the digital display brightness.
- Individual Color Control: Deselect 'SELECT ALL' to change individual colors for CPU/GPU temperature or usage.
- Display Information: Click on M modules (M1-M6) to change the temperature or usage reading point if the displayed temperature or usage is incorrect.
- Themes: Choose from default themes or access online theme customization. Click the Online Gallery icon to select a background photo from a wide selection. You can also save new themes.
- Custom Text: Turn on custom text title display and type in your desired content. Custom text color and font can be changed.
- Date/Time Display: Turn on Date/Time display and change the time display format (24H/12H) and date display format. Switch time or weekday display on/off.
- System Info Display: Customize system information display. Turn on system info display, switch between cycle or list format, and change the cycle interval time. Switch system info M module on/off.
- Background: Use local static pictures (JPG, JPEG, BMP, PNG) or local GIF/video files (MP4, AVI, MOV, MKV) as theme backgrounds. Pictures can be edited in the screen preview window. Videos can be cut by dragging cut-in and cut-out points. Low FPS or High FPS can be toggled. Adjust video/GIF display position.
- Screen Streaming: Stream screen content to the LCD by turning on the streaming function. Adjust the streaming content by dragging the outline and adjust content size by clicking + or - or typing in pixel numbers.
- Media Player: The screen can play selected videos from start to end. Video display position can be adjusted.

6. Maintenance

- Dust Removal: Periodically clean the radiator fins and fan blades with compressed air to prevent dust buildup, which can hinder cooling performance.
- Cable Management: Ensure all cables are neatly routed and secured to prevent interference with fan operation or other components.
- Check Connections: Occasionally check that all power and data cables are securely connected to the motherboard and cooler components.
- Monitor Coolant Levels: While AIO coolers are sealed, monitor for any unusual noises or significant temperature increases that might indicate an issue with the coolant or pump.
7. Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your Thermalright CORE Vision 360 Black CPU AIO Cooler, refer to the following common troubleshooting steps:
- No Power/Fans Not Spinning:
- Check all power connections, including the pump power cable to the motherboard and fan PWM cables.
- Ensure the CPU_FAN header is enabled in the BIOS.
- High CPU Temperatures:
- Verify that the waterblock is securely mounted to the CPU with adequate pressure.
- Confirm that thermal paste was applied correctly and evenly.
- Check for dust buildup on the radiator and clean if necessary.
