1. Product Overview

3. Setup

3.1. Battery Installation

1. Open the lock box.
2. Locate the battery compartment inside the lid.
3. Insert 3 AAA batteries, ensuring correct polarity.
4. Close the battery compartment securely.

Note: The included batteries are non-rechargeable. Replace them promptly when the app indicates low power.

3.2. Wall Mounting

1. Choose a suitable location for mounting.
2. Mark the screw locations on the wall using the lock box as a template.
3. Drill four holes at the marked positions.
4. Insert the expansion screws into the drilled holes.
5. Align the lock box with the holes and secure it with the provided screws.

3.3. App Download and Connection

1. Download and install the TTLock app from your device's app store or by scanning the QR code in the manual.
2. Register an account on the app.
3. Ensure mobile data and Bluetooth are enabled on your phone.
4. Press any button on the lock box keypad to activate it. The Bluetooth signal will remain active for 20 seconds. If it expires, press a button again.
5. In the TTLock app, click the menu button at the top, then select "Add Lock".
6. Once the device icon appears, click the '+' to add the lock box.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1. Unlocking Methods

The HUANLANG Smart Key Lock Box offers multiple ways to unlock:

• PIN Code: Manually enter the passcode on the keypad, then press the unlock button. The initial password is 123456.
• Bluetooth Unlocking: Operate within 4 meters of the lock box using the TTLock app.
• Virtual Keys/Passcodes: Share scheduled, time-limited, permanent, personal, or rotating passcodes through the app.

4.2. Emergency Power Supply

If the batteries are completely depleted, temporary power can be supplied via the emergency USB-C port located at the bottom of the lock box. Connect a 5V/1A power bank or wall adapter using the provided Type-C cable to power the device and enter your passcode.

Important: Modern fast chargers or USB-C to USB-C cables may not activate it properly. Use a standard USB-A to USB-C cable with a basic wall plug or power bank.

4.3. Key Storage Capacity

The internal dimensions of the lock box are approximately 10 cm (height) x 8 cm (width) x 5 cm (depth). It can hold 7-10 house keys, 3-4 car keys, plus cards or cash.

5. Maintenance

5.1. Battery Replacement

The TTLock app will alert you when the battery level is low. Replace the 3 AAA batteries promptly to ensure continuous operation. Always use new, non-rechargeable AAA batteries.

5.2. Durability and Weather Resistance

The lock box is constructed from high-strength zinc alloy, aluminum, and wear-resistant ABS material. It is IP65 waterproof certified, making it suitable for outdoor use and resistant to dust and water splashes. Regular cleaning with a soft, damp cloth is recommended to maintain its appearance and functionality.

6. Troubleshooting

• Lock box not opening:
  • Ensure batteries are not depleted. Use the emergency USB-C port if necessary.
  • Verify the correct PIN code is entered. The initial PIN is 123456.
  • If using Bluetooth, ensure your phone is within 4 meters and Bluetooth is enabled.
• App connection issues:
  • Ensure Bluetooth is active on your phone and the lock box (press any button to activate).
  • Restart the TTLock app and try pairing again.
  • Check for app updates.
• Incorrect code entry: If you press the wrong code, press the "C" button to clear the entry and re-enter the correct code.
