4. Setup and Assembly
Your scooter is approximately 80% pre-assembled. The following steps detail the final assembly process, which typically takes about 15 minutes.
4.1 Handlebar Installation
Loosen the gland screw of the folding riser to adjust the installation angle. Once adjusted, tighten the gland screw. Release the self-locking clamp of the handlebar, place the handlebar, and then tighten the clamp's screw. Adjust the handlebar angle and secure the clamp.
4.2 Seat and Rear Rack Basket Installation
Insert the seat tube into the frame, ensuring the safety line is not exposed. Adjust the seat to your desired height and tighten the seat tube clamp. Loosen the four screws of the rear rack basket, install the basket, and then tighten the screws.
4.3 Front Fender and Front Wheel Installation
Loosen the screw and washer of the front fender. Use the nut and washer to connect and secure the front fender and the headlight. Install the spacers on the front axle in order, then insert the front axle into the front wheel. Install the spacer on the left side of the front axle. Install the front wheel and tighten the nuts on both sides. There may be some noise from the brake disc initially, which requires debugging. Loosen the two nuts of the front brake, adjust the position of the brake so the disc brake is centered, and then tighten the nuts.
4.4 Kickstand Installation
Install the kickstand by securing it with the provided screws.
4.5 Function Testing
Turn the key clockwise to turn on the E-bike. Turn the key clockwise again to turn on the headlight. Please turn the accelerator to test whether the E-bike can run normally. Check if the brakes are working properly and if the bell is ringing.
