Setup and Battery Installation
The Generic LED Flashlight requires 3 AAA batteries for operation. Batteries are not included in the package.
- Unscrew the Tail Cap: Hold the flashlight firmly and twist the tail cap counter-clockwise until it detaches from the main body.
- Insert Batteries: Insert three (3) AAA batteries into the battery compartment with the correct polarity (+/-) as indicated inside the compartment. Ensure the positive (+) end of each battery faces towards the head of the flashlight.
- Secure the Tail Cap: Carefully align the tail cap with the flashlight body and twist it clockwise until it is securely tightened. Do not overtighten.

Operating Instructions
Power On/Off and Mode Selection
The flashlight features a single power button for controlling its functions.
- To Power On/Off: Press the power button located on the side of the flashlight firmly until it clicks.
- To Change Modes: With the flashlight on, lightly press the power button (without clicking) to cycle through the 5 brightness modes: High, Medium, Low, Strobe, and SOS.
Adjusting Focus (Zoom Function)
The flashlight is equipped with a telescopic focus adjustment feature, allowing you to switch between a wide floodlight and a concentrated spotlight beam.
- To Adjust Focus: Gently push or pull the head of the flashlight forward or backward. Pushing the head forward will narrow the beam into a spotlight, while pulling it back will widen it into a floodlight.

Self-Defense Function
The flashlight features a serrated bezel designed for emergency self-defense or window breaking in critical situations. Use with caution and only when necessary.
Maintenance
- Cleaning: Wipe the flashlight body with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
- Battery Replacement: Replace all three AAA batteries simultaneously when the light dims significantly. Do not mix old and new batteries or different battery types.
- Storage: If the flashlight will not be used for an extended period, remove the batteries to prevent leakage and corrosion. Store in a cool, dry place.
- Water Resistance: The flashlight is water-resistant, protecting against light rain and splashes. It is not submersible. Avoid prolonged exposure to water or submersion to prevent damage.
