Setup

1. Battery Installation

  1. Locate the battery compartment cover on the back of the timer.
  2. Slide the cover downwards to open the compartment.
  3. Insert two (2) AAA batteries, ensuring correct polarity (+/-) as indicated inside the compartment.
  4. Replace the battery compartment cover by sliding it upwards until it clicks into place.

2. Placement Options

  • Magnetic Attachment: The timer features strong magnets on its back, allowing it to be securely attached to metallic surfaces such as refrigerators, ovens, or whiteboards.
  • Foldable Stand: For tabletop use, pull out the integrated foldable stand on the back of the timer to prop it up at a comfortable viewing angle.

Operating Instructions

1. Power On/Off

To power on the timer, slide the ON/OFF switch located on the back of the device to the "ON" position. To power off and conserve battery, slide the switch to the "OFF" position. The timer will retain its last settings when powered off and on again.

2. Selecting a Channel

Press the T1, T2, T3, or T4 button on the right side of the timer to select the desired channel. The selected channel's display will flash, indicating it is ready for input.

3. Setting the Time (Countdown)

After selecting a channel:

  • Use the H (Hours), M (Minutes), and S (Seconds) buttons to set the desired time for the selected channel. Pressing a button repeatedly will increase the value. Hold the button down for faster adjustment.
  • Alternatively, use the shortcut keys: 10M (10 Minutes), 5M (5 Minutes), or 10S (10 Seconds) to quickly add time to the selected channel.
  • To clear the time for the selected channel, press the RESET button.

4. Starting/Stopping Timers

  • To start the countdown for the selected channel, press the ST/SP (Start/Stop) button.
  • To pause the countdown, press the ST/SP button again.
  • To resume, press ST/SP once more.
  • If a timer reaches zero, it will automatically switch to count-up mode and trigger the alarm.

5. Count-Up Function

To use the count-up function, ensure the selected channel's time is set to "00:00:00". Press the ST/SP button to start counting upwards from zero.

6. Alarm Functions (Loud/Mute & Flashing Lights)

When a countdown reaches zero, the timer will emit an audible alarm and the corresponding channel's indicator light will flash. Each channel has a distinct color: T1 (blue), T2 (green), T3 (orange), T4 (red).

  • Adjusting Alarm Volume: A toggle switch on the back of the timer allows you to select between a loud alarm, a low volume alarm, or mute the sound entirely. The flashing lights will still activate even when the sound is muted.
  • To stop the alarm, press any button.

7. Memory Function

The timer automatically stores the last set countdown time for each channel. After a countdown completes and the alarm is stopped, pressing the RESET button will restore the channel to its previously set time, allowing for quick reuse.

Maintenance

  • Cleaning: Wipe the timer with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or immerse the device in water.
  • Battery Replacement: When the display dims or the timer functions erratically, replace both AAA batteries. Always use new batteries and dispose of old ones responsibly.
  • Storage: If storing the timer for an extended period, remove the batteries to prevent leakage.

Troubleshooting
