Setup

1. Charge the Device: Before first use, fully charge the device using the provided Type-C charging cable. A green light indicates a full charge. The built-in rechargeable battery charges for 3-5 treatments in 30 minutes.
2. Clean Your Face: Cleanse your face with your daily cleanser and dry it thoroughly.
3. Apply Eye Cream/Moisturizer: Apply your preferred eye cream or moisturizer to the under-eye area to keep the skin moist. This also helps with microcurrent conductivity.
4. Optional Headband Attachment: If desired for a more secure fit, attach the provided headband to the device.

Operating Instructions

The device features multiple modes for a personalized eye care experience.

1. Wear the Device: Comfortably place the eye mask device on your face, ensuring the contact points are over the under-eye area.
2. Power On: Press and hold the power button (usually marked with a power symbol) for 2 seconds to turn on the device.
3. Select Mode: Use the 'MSG' (Massage/EMS) and 'HOT' (Heat/Red Light) buttons to cycle through the available modes and intensities. For first-time users, start with a low setting to adapt. The device offers three adjustable intensities for EMS and two levels for Red Light Heating.
4. Treatment Duration: The device is designed for 10-minute sessions. If no button is operated within 15 minutes, the product will automatically shut down after 15 minutes of operation.
5. After Use: Once the session is complete, take off the eye mask device and clean it with the provided cleaning cloth.

• Do not immerse the device in water or rinse it directly under a tap. It is not waterproof.

Troubleshooting

• Device not turning on: Ensure the device is fully charged. Connect it to the charger and wait for the green light to indicate a full charge.
• No sensation from microcurrent/EMS: Ensure your skin is adequately moisturized with eye cream or a conductive gel. The microcurrent requires good skin contact and conductivity to be effective. Also, check that the device is positioned correctly on your face.
• Weak or inconsistent sensation: Try increasing the intensity setting. Ensure the device is clean and free from debris that might obstruct contact.
• Device automatically shuts off: This is a normal function after 10-15 minutes of operation to prevent overuse. If it shuts off prematurely, ensure it is fully charged.
