Setup
- Unpack: Carefully remove all packaging materials and inspect the kettle for any damage.
- Position the Base: Place the power base on a dry, flat, and stable surface near a power outlet. The cord can be adjusted for length by winding it around the base.
- Initial Cleaning: Before first use, fill the kettle with water to the MAX line. Boil the water using the 212°F preset or BOIL function, then discard the water. Repeat this process 1-2 times to ensure cleanliness.
Operating Instructions

- Fill the Kettle: Press the button on the handle to open the lid. Fill the kettle with fresh water between the MIN and MAX fill lines indicated inside the kettle. Close the lid securely.
- Place on Power Base: Position the kettle onto the power base. The LED display will illuminate, showing the current water temperature or 'OFF'.
- Turn On: Press the power button (On/Off symbol) to activate the kettle.
- Select Temperature Preset: Press the MODE button repeatedly to cycle through the 5 preset temperatures (104°F, 158°F, 176°F, 194°F, 212°F). The selected temperature will be highlighted.
- Use BOIL Function: For rapid boiling to 212°F, simply press the BOIL button.
- Activate Keep Warm: After selecting a temperature preset, press the HOLD button. The kettle will heat to the selected temperature and then maintain it for up to 2 hours.
- Heating Process: The kettle will begin heating the water. The LED display will show the real-time temperature.
- Completion: Once the desired temperature is reached, the kettle will beep and automatically shut off (unless the HOLD function is active).
- Cancel Operation: To stop the heating process at any time, long-press the power button (On/Off symbol).

Maintenance
- Cleaning the Exterior: Wipe the exterior of the kettle with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or scouring pads.
- Cleaning the Interior (Descaling): Over time, mineral deposits (limescale) may build up inside the kettle. To descale, fill the kettle with a mixture of 1/2 cup white vinegar and water. Boil the mixture and let it sit for 5 minutes. Discard the mixture and rinse the kettle thoroughly with fresh water. For stubborn deposits, a commercial descaling solution can be used following its instructions.
