1. Introduction

2. Important Safety Instructions

4. Product Overview

5. Setup

6. Operating Instructions

6.1. Preparing the Vacuum Sealer Bag

  • Use only UPRUBE brand vacuum sealer bags or other compatible textured vacuum sealer bags.
  • Ensure the bag is clean and dry inside and out.
  • Leave at least 3 inches (7.5 cm) of space between the food and the top of the bag to allow for proper vacuuming and sealing.
  • For moist foods, pre-freeze or place a paper towel inside the bag to absorb excess moisture.

6.2. Vacuum Sealing Dry Food

  1. Place the open end of the bag into the vacuum chamber, ensuring it lies flat over the sealing strip. Do not overfill the bag.
  2. Close the lid firmly until you hear a click on both sides, indicating it is locked.
  3. Press the "Dry" button if it's not already selected.
  4. Press the "Vacuum & Seal" button. The appliance will automatically remove air and then seal the bag.
  5. Once the process is complete, the indicator light will turn off. Press the release buttons on the sides to open the lid and remove the sealed bag.

6.3. Vacuum Sealing Moist Food

  1. Follow step 1 from "Vacuum Sealing Dry Food".
  2. Close the lid firmly.
  3. Press the "Moist" button. This setting provides a longer sealing time for wet foods.
  4. Press the "Vacuum & Seal" button. The appliance will automatically remove air and then seal the bag.
  5. Once complete, press the release buttons to open the lid and remove the sealed bag.

6.4. Sealing Only (No Vacuum)

This function is useful for sealing bags without removing air, such as snack bags or creating custom-sized bags from a roll.

  1. Place the open end of the bag over the sealing strip.
  2. Close the lid firmly.
  3. Press the "Seal Only" button. The appliance will immediately begin sealing without vacuuming.
  4. Once complete, press the release buttons to open the lid and remove the sealed bag.

6.5. Using the Accessory Hose

The accessory hose allows you to vacuum seal compatible canisters, jars, and wine stoppers.

  1. Prepare your canister or jar according to its instructions, ensuring the lid is properly placed.
  2. Insert one end of the accessory hose into the accessory port on the vacuum sealer.
  3. Insert the other end of the hose into the port on your canister or jar lid.
  4. Press the "Accessory" button. The appliance will begin to remove air from the container.
  5. The vacuum process will stop automatically when the desired vacuum level is reached. Remove the hose from both the appliance and the container.
