Troubleshooting
If you encounter any issues with your Astarexin AT7 panel, refer to the following common solutions:
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Device does not power on. | Not plugged in correctly or power outlet issue. | Ensure the power adapter is securely connected to the device and a working electrical outlet. Try a different outlet. |
| Lights are not visible. | 850nm Near Infrared (NIR) light is invisible to the naked eye. | If you have selected the 'IR' mode, the lights will not be visible. This is normal. If in 'R' or 'RIR' mode and no red light is visible, check power connection. |
| Device shuts off unexpectedly. | Timer has expired. | This is normal operation. Reset the timer or restart the device if you wish to continue your session. |
| Stand is unstable. | Stand not properly attached or placed on an uneven surface. | Ensure the magnetic stand is firmly attached to the panel and the device is placed on a flat, stable surface. |
