3. Setup

  2. Install Side Brushes: Snap the side brushes into their designated slots on the bottom of the robot.

  4. Initial Charge: Place the robot vacuum on the charging base. Ensure the charging contacts on the robot align with those on the base. The indicator light will show charging status. Allow for a full charge before first use (approximately 4-5 hours).
  5. Prepare for Mopping (Optional): If using the mopping function, fill the water tank with clean water (and compatible cleaning solution if desired) and attach a mop pad to the mop holder. Insert the mop holder assembly into the robot.

4. Operating Instructions

The Generic SD1 Robot Vacuum can be operated via the main power button on the unit, a remote control (if included), or a smartphone application.

4.1 Power On/Off

Press and hold the power button on the robot for 3 seconds to turn it on or off. A short press will start or pause cleaning.

4.2 Cleaning Modes

When the battery is low, the robot will automatically return to its charging base. You can also manually send it back to the base by pressing the 'Home' button on the remote or app.

The dustbin should be emptied after each cleaning cycle or when full. Press the release button to remove the 2-in-1 water tank, open the lid, and empty the collected debris. The dustbin is designed with a nylon filament filter to effectively intercept dust and garbage.

6.2 Cleaning Filters
