3. Product Features

3.1 Super Bright & 4 Lighting Modes

The headlamp is equipped with an advanced LED bead and upgraded lighting chip, providing ultra-high brightness up to 3000 lumens. It offers four distinct working modes:

• High Mode: Maximum brightness for extensive illumination.
• Low Mode: Reduced brightness for extended battery life or closer tasks.
• SOS Mode: Flashing signal for emergency situations.
• Strobe Mode: Rapid flashing for signaling or disorientation.

3.2 Adjustable Focus

The headlamp features an adjustable focus mechanism. By stretching the focal length, you can seamlessly switch between a long-distance spotlight for focused illumination and a wide-beam floodlight for broader area coverage.

3.3 90° Rotatable Head

The head of the headlamp can be rotated flexibly within a 0-90° range, allowing you to direct the light precisely where needed without adjusting your head position.

3.4 Comfortable Design

Designed with a highly elastic headband and a lightweight aluminum alloy body, the headlamp minimizes pressure on your head, ensuring comfort during prolonged use. The robust construction also provides durability.

4. Setup

4.1 Initial Charging

Before first use, fully charge the headlamp. Connect the provided USB-Type C charging cable to the charging port on the battery pack and to a suitable USB power source. The power indicator lights will show the charging status.

4.2 Adjusting the Headband

Adjust the elastic headband to fit comfortably and securely around your head. The straps should be snug but not too tight, allowing for stable positioning of the headlamp.

4.3 Attaching Hard Hat Clips

If using with a hard hat, utilize the included hard hat clips to secure the headlamp firmly to the brim of the hard hat, preventing slippage.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Power On/Off and Switching Lighting Modes

Locate the power button on the top of the headlamp. Press the button to cycle through the four lighting modes: High, Low, SOS, and Strobe. Press and hold the button to turn the headlamp off.

5.2 Adjusting Focus

To adjust the focus, gently pull or push the front part of the headlamp (the lens housing). Pulling it out will narrow the beam for a spotlight effect, while pushing it in will widen the beam for floodlight coverage.

5.3 Using the 90° Rotation

The headlamp unit can be tilted up or down by up to 90 degrees. Simply grasp the light unit and adjust it to your desired angle to illuminate your path or workspace.

5.4 Red Taillight Function

The battery pack on the rear of the headlamp features a red taillight. This light enhances visibility from behind, which is particularly useful for activities like night running or cycling. The red taillight typically mirrors the front light's mode (e.g., steady or flashing).

6. Charging and Battery Management

6.1 Charging the Headlamp

To charge the headlamp, connect the USB-Type C cable to the charging port on the battery compartment. Plug the other end into a standard USB power adapter (not included), computer USB port, or power bank. A full charge typically provides 4-8 hours of working life, depending on the mode used.

6.2 Battery Power Indicator

The battery pack features four power indicator lights. These lights accurately reflect the remaining battery level, allowing you to monitor power status and recharge as needed:

• 4 lights: 75%-100% charge
• 3 lights: 50%-75% charge
• 2 lights: 25%-50% charge
• 1 light: Below 25% charge (recharge recommended)

7. Maintenance

7.1 Cleaning

Wipe the headlamp with a soft, damp cloth to remove dirt and debris. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents, as they may damage the surface or internal components.

7.2 Storage

Store the headlamp in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. If storing for an extended period, ensure the batteries are partially charged (around 50%) and recharge them every few months to maintain battery health.

7.3 Water Resistance

The headlamp is designed to be waterproof, making it suitable for use in various weather conditions. However, it is not intended for submersion in water. Ensure the charging port cover is securely closed to maintain water resistance.

8. Troubleshooting

• Headlamp not turning on: Ensure the batteries are fully charged. Check if the batteries are inserted correctly.
• Light is dim: Recharge the batteries. The light output may decrease as battery power depletes.
• Headband too loose/tight: Adjust the elastic straps for a comfortable and secure fit.
• Focus not adjusting smoothly: Ensure no debris is obstructing the focusing mechanism. Gently twist and pull/push the lens housing.
