- Attach Blower Tube: Securely connect the blower tube to the engine outlet. Use the provided snap rings to ensure a tight seal.
- Install Handle Switch: Attach the handle switch assembly to the blower tube at a comfortable position. Ensure all cables are routed correctly and secured.
- Connect Liquid/Powder Hoses: Connect the appropriate soft polyethylene tubes from the liquid or powder tank to the spray nozzle assembly and the engine unit as per the diagram. Ensure all connections are firm to prevent leaks.
- Fuel Mixing: Use 92# gasoline or ethanol gasoline of equivalent grade (ethanol content ≤ 10%) mixed with two-stroke engine oil (JASO-FC or above) at a 50:1 volume ratio. Use the provided oil jug for accurate measurement.
- Fill Tank: Carefully fill the liquid or powder tank with your desired solution or powder. Do not overfill.

Operating Instructions
Before starting, ensure all connections are secure and the tank is filled with the appropriate substance.
- Starting the Engine:
- Place the sprayer on a flat, stable surface.
- Push the handle switch to the "START" position.
- Pull the rebound starter cord firmly until the engine starts.
- Allow the engine to warm up for a few moments.
- Wearing the Sprayer: Carefully lift the sprayer and position it on your back, adjusting the padded shoulder straps and chest strap for a comfortable and secure fit.
- Spraying Operation:
- Engage the throttle control on the handle to begin spraying.
- Adjust the throttle to control the spray intensity and distance.
- Direct the spray nozzle towards the target area, maintaining a safe distance.
- For liquid applications, ensure the liquid flow switch is open. For powder applications, ensure the powder tank is properly connected and the liquid flow is off.
- Stopping the Engine: Release the throttle and push the handle switch to the "STOP" position.
