3. Setup and Assembly
Before first use, wash all parts except the motor base in warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry. Ensure the unit is unplugged before assembly.
- Place the Motor Base: Position the motor base on a clean, dry, and stable surface.
- Attach the Work Bowl: Place the 10-cup work bowl onto the motor base. Align the handle with the front of the base and twist clockwise until it locks securely into place. You will hear a click.
- Insert the Blade/Disc:
- For chopping/puréeing: Carefully place the S-blade onto the center shaft in the work bowl. Push down firmly until it seats properly.
- For slicing/shredding: Place the reversible slicing/shredding disc onto the center shaft. Ensure the desired side (slicing or shredding) is facing up.
- For emulsifying: Place the emulsifying disc onto the center shaft.
- Add Ingredients: Place your ingredients into the work bowl. Do not overfill beyond the maximum fill line.
- Secure the Lid: Place the work bowl lid onto the work bowl. Align the lid's tab with the handle of the work bowl and twist clockwise until it locks securely. The food processor will not operate if the lid is not properly locked.
- Insert Food Pusher: Place the food pusher into the feed tube of the lid. This is used to guide ingredients when slicing or shredding.

4. Operating Instructions
Once assembled, plug the food processor into a standard electrical outlet. The control dial is located on the front of the motor base.
Control Dial Settings:
- OFF: The appliance is off.
- LOW: For softer ingredients or lighter processing tasks.
- HIGH: For harder ingredients or more intensive processing.
