Starting the Treadmill

- Press the 'START' button. The belt will begin moving at a low speed after a short countdown.
- Carefully step onto the running belt and adjust the speed using the 'SPEED +/-' buttons.
Adjusting Speed and Incline
- Speed: Use the 'SPEED +/-' buttons on the console to increase or decrease the belt speed. The speed range is 0-9 MPH (0-14.8 KM/H).
- Incline: This treadmill features a 3-level manual incline system. To adjust the incline, you must stop the treadmill, dismount, and manually adjust the incline mechanism located at the rear of the treadmill base. Ensure the treadmill is stable before resuming your workout.
Using Preset Programs
Press the 'PROGRAM' button to cycle through the 12 pre-set workout programs. Each program offers varying speed and intensity profiles. Once a program is selected, press 'START' to begin.
Monitoring Workout Data

Stopping the Treadmill
To stop the treadmill, press the 'STOP' button. The belt will gradually slow down and come to a complete halt. For an emergency stop, pull the safety key from the console.
