Setup

Unpacking

Assembly

The treadmill comes largely pre-assembled. Simply unfold the unit and tighten the necessary screws. All required tools and instructions are included in the package.

  1. Place the treadmill base on a flat, stable surface.
  2. Carefully lift the console mast into the upright position.
  3. Secure the console mast using the provided hardware and tools.
  4. Ensure all connections are tight and secure before plugging in the power cord.

Placement

Choose a location that is dry, well-ventilated, and away from direct sunlight or heat sources. Ensure adequate clearance around the treadmill as described in the safety instructions.

The 5-inch Blue-Ray LCD display shows your workout data. Buttons allow control over speed, programs, and other functions.

Starting the Treadmill

  1. Ensure the treadmill is plugged into a grounded outlet.
  2. Attach the safety key to the designated slot on the console and clip the other end to your clothing.
  3. Step onto the side rails of the treadmill.
  4. Press the 'START' button. The belt will begin moving at a low speed after a short countdown.
  5. Carefully step onto the running belt and adjust the speed using the 'SPEED +/-' buttons.

Adjusting Speed and Incline

Using Preset Programs

Press the 'PROGRAM' button to cycle through the 12 pre-set workout programs. Each program offers varying speed and intensity profiles. Once a program is selected, press 'START' to begin.

The LCD display provides real-time feedback on your workout:

Stopping the Treadmill

To stop the treadmill, press the 'STOP' button. The belt will gradually slow down and come to a complete halt. For an emergency stop, pull the safety key from the console.

Folding and Storage

The treadmill features a quick-fold mechanism and a soft-drop system for convenient storage, making it ideal for small spaces.

  1. Ensure the treadmill is turned off and unplugged.
  2. Gently lift the running deck until it locks into the upright position. The hydraulic rod mechanism assists in this process, allowing the running belt to lower safely and conveniently when unfolding.
  3. To unfold, gently push the running deck release lever and slowly lower the deck until it rests on the floor. The soft-drop system will assist in a controlled descent.
