4. Operating Instructions

  2. Attach the safety key to the console and clip the other end to your clothing. The treadmill will not operate without the safety key in place.

The treadmill includes 71 pre-programmed workouts to vary your exercise routine. Select a program using the PROGRAM buttons on the console. Follow the on-screen prompts to begin.
