5. Setup

5.1 Initial Charging

1. Before first use, fully charge the headphones.
2. Connect the charging cable to the charging port on the headphones.
3. Connect the other end of the cable to a USB power adapter (not included) or a computer's USB port.
4. The LED display will indicate charging status. Once fully charged, the display will show 100%.

5.2 Bluetooth Pairing

1. Ensure the headphones are powered off.
2. Press and hold the Power button until the LED display shows "Bluetooth" and the indicator light flashes, indicating pairing mode.
3. On your device (smartphone, tablet, etc.), enable Bluetooth and search for available devices.
4. Select "COTAO X10" from the list of found devices.
5. Once connected, the LED display will show "Bluetooth" steadily, and a voice prompt will confirm the connection.

6. Operating Instructions

6.1 Power On/Off

• Power On: Press and hold the Power button for 3 seconds.
• Power Off: Press and hold the Power button for 5 seconds.

6.2 Music Playback (Bluetooth Mode)

• Play/Pause: Press the Multi-function button once.
• Next Track: Press and hold the Volume Up button.
• Previous Track: Press and hold the Volume Down button.
• Volume Up: Short press the Volume Up button.
• Volume Down: Short press the Volume Down button.

6.3 Call Management

• Answer/End Call: Press the Multi-function button once.
• Reject Call: Press and hold the Multi-function button for 2 seconds.
• Voice Assistant: Double-press the Multi-function button.

6.4 MP3 Mode (Built-in Memory)

The headphones feature 32GB of built-in memory for storing music files. To transfer music, connect the headphones to a computer using the charging cable. The headphones will appear as a removable drive, allowing you to drag and drop audio files.

• Switch to MP3 Mode: While powered on, short press the Mode button (if available, or a specific button designated for mode switching). The LED display will show "MP3 mode".
• Music Playback: Use the same controls as Bluetooth mode for Play/Pause, Next/Previous Track, and Volume.
