3. Setup and Charging

3.1 Initial Charge

Before first use, fully charge both hand warmers. Use the provided USB-C charging cable. The charging ports are located at the bottom of each unit. The five-level indicator lights will show charging progress and remaining battery life.

3.2 Connecting Units

The two hand warmer units can be securely connected via a snap-on mechanism for combined use or separated for individual use.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Power On/Off and Temperature Adjustment

1. Power On: Press and hold the power button (usually the top-left button) for a few seconds until the red indicator lights illuminate.
2. Adjust Temperature: Short press the power button to cycle through the five temperature levels. Each press will increase the heat level, indicated by more red lights.
3. Rapid Heating: Press and hold the lightning bolt button (top-right button) for instant maximum heat.
4. Power Off: Press and hold the power button again for a few seconds until the indicator lights turn off.

4.2 Emergency Light Function

To activate the emergency light, press and hold the sun-shaped button (bottom-left button). Short press the button to cycle through the three light modes: steady LED light, SOS signal, and strobe light. Press and hold again to turn off the light.

5. Care and Maintenance

• Keep the hand warmers dry and away from moisture.
• Clean the surface with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
• Store in a cool, dry place when not in use.
• Avoid dropping or subjecting the units to strong impacts.

6. Troubleshooting

• Unit not turning on: Ensure the unit is fully charged. Press and hold the power button for at least 3 seconds.
• Unit not heating: Check the temperature setting. If on the lowest setting, increase it. Ensure the unit is not in flashlight mode.
• Charging issues: Verify the charging cable is securely connected to both the hand warmer and a power source. Try a different USB port or adapter.
• Overheating: The AI Smart Chip provides over-heating protection. If the unit feels excessively hot, turn it off immediately.
