Charging

Operating Instructions
Power On/Off and Vibration Control
- To turn on, press and hold the Power/Vibration button for 2 seconds. The device will start vibrating at the lowest setting.
- Press the Power/Vibration button repeatedly to cycle through 3 vibration intensities and 3 vibration patterns.
- To turn off, press and hold the Power/Vibration button for 2 seconds.
Heating Function

- Press the Heat button to activate the warming function. The temperature plate will begin to warm up.
- The device can reach a warming temperature of approximately 38°C (100°F).
- Press the Heat button again to turn off the warming function.
Cooling Function
- Press the Cool button to activate the cooling function. The temperature plate will begin to cool down.
- The device can reach a cooling temperature of approximately 20°C (68°F).
- Press the Cool button again to turn off the cooling function.
You can use the vibration, heating, and cooling functions independently or in combination for varied sensations.
