Setup

1. Power Supply

The keyboard can be powered in two ways:

  • USB Power: Connect the included USB power cord to the USB port on the side of the keyboard and to a compatible USB power adapter (not included) or a computer USB port.
  • Battery Power: For portable use, insert 3x AA batteries (not included) into the battery compartment located on the underside of the keyboard. Ensure correct polarity.

2. Microphone Connection

Plug the microphone into the designated microphone input jack on the side of the keyboard. This allows for singing along while playing.

3. Applying Note Stickers

Use the included note-name key stickers to label the keys. This assists beginners in identifying and learning notes on the keyboard.

Operating Instructions

Familiarize yourself with the control panel of the keyboard:

  1. Power On/Off: Press the Power button to turn the keyboard on or off.
  2. Volume Control: Use the + and - buttons in the VOLUME section to adjust the overall sound level.
  3. Tempo Control: Use the + and - buttons in the TEMPO section to increase or decrease the speed of rhythms and demo songs.
  4. Tones Selection: Press buttons T1 through T8 to select different instrument tones:
    • T1: Piano
    • T2: Organ
    • T3: Violin
    • T4: Trumpet
    • T5: Banjo
    • T6: Bell
    • T7: Music Box
    • T8: Guitar
  5. Rhythms Selection: Press buttons R1 through R8 to select different rhythm styles:
    • R1: Disco
    • R2: Rock
    • R3: March
    • R4: Samba
    • R5: Slow Rock
    • R6: Waltz
    • R7: Newnew
    • R8: Blues
  6. Percussions & Animal Sounds: Tap the dedicated percussion keys or press the DOG, FROG, DUCK, BIRD buttons to play animal voices.
  7. Demo Songs:
    • Press DEMO A/B for random play of demo songs.
    • Press DEMO C to play all six demo songs in sequence.
  8. Record & Playback:
    • Press REC to start recording your playing.
    • Press PLAY to listen back to your recorded performance.
  9. Stop Function: Press the STOP button to end demos, rhythms, or playback.

Maintenance

  • Cleaning: Wipe the keyboard with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use liquid cleaners or abrasive materials.
  • Storage: Store the keyboard in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
  • Battery Care: If the keyboard will not be used for an extended period, remove the batteries to prevent leakage.
  • Handling: Handle the instrument with care to avoid damage to keys or electronic components.

Troubleshooting
