4. Setup and Assembly
Follow these steps to assemble your power broom sweeper.
4.1 Shaft Assembly
- Connect the main shaft sections. Align the grooves and push them together until they click into place. Secure with the provided fasteners if applicable.
- Attach the brush head assembly to the lower end of the shaft. Ensure it is securely fastened.
- Attach the engine unit to the upper end of the shaft. Tighten all clamps and bolts firmly.

4.2 Handlebar Assembly

4.3 Fuel Mixing

- Use fresh, unleaded gasoline with an octane rating of 89 or higher.
- Mix gasoline with high-quality 2-stroke engine oil at a ratio of 40:1 (40 parts gasoline to 1 part oil). Use the provided mixing bottle for accurate measurement.
- Shake the mixture thoroughly before pouring it into the fuel tank.
- Fill the fuel tank carefully, avoiding overfilling. Secure the fuel cap tightly.

5. Operating Instructions
5.1 Pre-Operation Checklist
- Ensure all fasteners are tight and components are secure.
- Check fuel level and ensure proper fuel mixture.
- Inspect the brush head for damage or excessive wear.
- Clear the work area of any large debris or obstacles.
- Wear all recommended PPE.
5.2 Starting the Engine
- Place the power broom on a flat, stable surface.
- Set the ON/OFF switch to the 'ON' position.
- Engage the choke lever (if cold start).
- Press the primer bulb several times until fuel is visible.
- Pull the starter cord firmly and smoothly until the engine starts.
- Once the engine starts, gradually disengage the choke. Allow the engine to warm up for a few moments.

5.3 Operating the Sweeper
- Hold the power broom firmly with both hands, one on the main handle and one on the auxiliary handlebar.
- Engage the throttle to increase brush speed.
- Walk slowly and steadily, guiding the brush head over the surface to be cleaned.
- Overlap passes slightly to ensure complete coverage.
- For heavier debris or light snow, use a slower pace and multiple passes if necessary.

5.4 Stopping the Engine
To stop the engine, release the throttle trigger and move the ON/OFF switch to the 'OFF' position.
6. Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and extends the life of your power broom.
6.1 After Each Use
- Clean the brush head of any accumulated debris.
- Wipe down the engine and exterior surfaces with a damp cloth.
- Inspect for loose fasteners and tighten as needed.
6.2 Periodic Maintenance
