Setup

1. Installing the Battery

  1. Open the battery compartment cover on the side of the camera.
  2. Insert the rechargeable battery, ensuring the correct polarity.
  3. Close the battery compartment cover securely.

2. Inserting the SD Card

  1. Locate the memory card slot on the side of the camera.
  2. Gently insert the 32GB SD card (or another compatible SD card up to 256GB) into the slot until it clicks into place.
  3. To remove, press the card gently to eject it.

3. Charging the Camera

  1. Connect the Type-C USB cable to the camera's USB interface.
  2. Connect the other end of the USB cable to a power source (e.g., USB wall adapter, computer USB port).
  3. The charging indicator light will illuminate. Once fully charged, the light will turn off.
  4. Ensure charging is done at ambient temperatures above 50°F (10°C).

4. Powering On/Off

  • Press and hold the Power Button to turn the camera on or off.

Operating Instructions

1. Selecting a Mode

Rotate the Mode Dial on top of the camera to select your desired shooting mode. Available modes include:

  • Video Mode: For recording 5K UHD videos.
  • Photo Mode: For capturing 75MP still images.
  • Continuous Shooting: Takes multiple photos in quick succession.
  • Slow Motion: Records videos in slow motion.
  • Loop Photography: Continuously records video, overwriting older footage.
  • Time-Lapse Recording: Captures images at set intervals to create a time-lapse video.

2. Taking Photos and Recording Videos

  • In Photo Mode, press the Photo/Video Button to take a picture.
  • In Video Mode, press the Photo/Video Button once to start recording, and press it again to stop.
  • The camera features Autofocus for sharp images and videos.

3. Using the 180° Flip Screen

4. Using the Built-in Flash

  • Press the Up/Flash Shortcut Button to activate the built-in fill light for improved illumination in low-light conditions.

5. Zoom Function

  • Use the W/T Button to digitally zoom in (Telephoto) or zoom out (Wide) on your subject.

6. WiFi Transfer

Transfer photos and videos wirelessly to your smartphone:

  1. Scan the QR code below with your smartphone to download the companion app.
  2. Hold the Up/Flash Button for 3 seconds to enable Wi-Fi on the camera.
  3. Connect your phone to the camera's Wi-Fi network. The Wi-Fi name is WD08 and the password is 12345678.
  4. Once connected, you can transfer files via the app.

Troubleshooting
