Setup
1. Initial Charge
Before first use, fully charge the BRUNNER VIVAMOCA machine. Connect the provided USB charging cable to the machine's charging port and a suitable power source (e.g., USB wall adapter, power bank, or computer USB port).

The charging indicator light will show the charging status. A full charge typically takes several hours.
2. Assembly
Familiarize yourself with the machine's components. The machine consists of the main body, a water tank, and a coffee basket/adapter for capsules or ground coffee.

Ensure all parts are clean and correctly assembled before use.
Operating Instructions
1. Preparing with NS Capsules
- Unscrew the top section of the machine.
- Insert an NS-compatible capsule into the designated slot.
- Screw the top section back onto the machine securely.
- Fill the water tank with cold water (90-120 ml capacity). Do not exceed the MAX fill line.
- Place a cup under the dispenser.
- Press the power button to turn on the machine.
- Press the brew button to start the heating and extraction process. The machine will heat the water to 80°C and extract espresso at 20 bars of pressure. This process takes approximately 5-6 minutes.
- Once brewing is complete, the machine will stop automatically. Enjoy your espresso.
2. Preparing with Ground Coffee
- Unscrew the top section of the machine.
- Place the ground coffee adapter into the machine.
- Add finely ground espresso coffee into the adapter. Tamp lightly if desired.
- Screw the top section back onto the machine securely.
- Fill the water tank with cold water (90-120 ml capacity). Do not exceed the MAX fill line.
- Place a cup under the dispenser.
- Press the power button to turn on the machine.
- Press the brew button to start the heating and extraction process. The machine will heat the water to 80°C and extract espresso at 20 bars of pressure. This process takes approximately 5-6 minutes.
- Once brewing is complete, the machine will stop automatically. Enjoy your espresso.

Maintenance
1. Cleaning After Each Use
- After each use, allow the machine to cool down.
- Unscrew the top section and remove the used capsule or ground coffee. Dispose of coffee waste responsibly.
- Rinse the water tank, coffee basket/adapter, and dispenser nozzle with clean water.
- Wipe the exterior of the machine with a damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or immerse the main body in water.
- Ensure all parts are dry before reassembling or storing.
2. Descaling (Periodically)
Depending on water hardness and frequency of use, descaling may be required to maintain optimal performance. Use a descaling solution suitable for coffee machines and follow the manufacturer's instructions. Run the descaling solution through the machine without coffee, then rinse thoroughly with several cycles of clean water.
