5.2 Manual Cleaning
For thorough cleaning, especially after making thicker recipes:
- Unplug: Always unplug the machine before manual cleaning.
- Wash Pitcher: Use the provided cleaning brush and sponge with warm, soapy water to clean the interior of the pitcher and around the blades. Be careful around the sharp blades.
- Clean Lid: Wash the lid separately with warm, soapy water.
- Wipe Base: Wipe the exterior of the machine's base with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the base in water.
- Dry: Ensure all parts are completely dry before reassembling or storing.
6. Troubleshooting
- Machine Not Starting: Ensure the lid is properly secured and the machine is plugged into a working power outlet. Check for error codes on the LED display.
- Error Code (E1): This typically indicates that the lid is not correctly placed or secured. Realign and close the lid firmly.
- Inconsistent Milk Texture: Ensure the correct ratio of ingredients to water is used. For smoother milk, strain the finished product through a nut milk bag.
