- Do not insert or allow foreign objects to enter any ventilation or exhaust opening as this may cause an electric shock or fire, or damage the fireplace.
- To prevent a possible fire, do not block air intakes or exhaust in any manner. Do not use on soft surfaces, like a bed, where openings may become blocked.
- This fireplace is hot when in use. To avoid burns, do not let bare skin touch hot surfaces.
- Close supervision is necessary when any heater is used by or near children or invalids and whenever the fireplace is left operating and unattended.
- Ensure the power cord is not pinched or damaged.
- This product is equipped with an overheat protection feature. If the heater overheats, it will automatically shut off.

3. Package Contents
Carefully remove all components from the packaging and place them on a soft, clean surface. Ensure all items listed below are present before discarding packaging materials.

4. Installation
This electric fireplace is designed for recessed installation only. It can be flush mounted into a 2x6 inch wall or an existing fireplace mantel. Proper measurements are crucial for a secure and aesthetically pleasing fit.
4.1 Required Tools (Not Included):
- Phillips head screwdriver
- Measuring tape
- Level
- Drill (if needed for pilot holes)
4.2 Installation Dimensions:
Before installation, verify that your opening size is suitable. The insert part dimension is 35.15''W × 25.2''H × 8.15''D.

4.3 Recessed Installation Steps:
- Prepare the Opening: Ensure the wall or mantel opening meets the specified dimensions (refer to Figure 4.1). The opening should be clean, dry, and structurally sound.
- Install Media: Carefully place the crystal media or faux log set into the designated area at the bottom of the fireplace insert.
- Position the Fireplace: Gently slide the electric fireplace insert into the prepared opening. Ensure it is level and centered.
- Secure the Unit: Use the provided mounting hardware to secure the fireplace to the wall studs or mantel frame. Typically, screws are inserted through the trim flanges into the framing.
- Connect Power: Plug the power cord into a grounded 120V AC outlet. Ensure the cord is not pinched or obstructed.
5. Operating Instructions
The fireplace can be operated using the control panel on the unit or the included remote control.
5.1 Control Panel:
The control panel is located on the upper right side of the fireplace. It includes buttons for Power, Flame, Heater, Timer, and Top Light.
5.2 Remote Control:
The remote control provides full functionality from a distance. Ensure 2 AAA batteries are installed (not included).
5.3 Functions:
- Power Button: Turns the fireplace ON or OFF.
- Flame Button: Cycles through 5 levels of flame brightness.
- Heater Button: Activates the heater. Press once for 750W, twice for 1500W, and a third time to turn off the heater. The thermostat can be adjusted from 62°F to 99°F.
- Timer Button: Sets the automatic shut-off timer from 1 to 9 hours.
- Top Light Button: Changes the color of the top light (3 color options).

6. Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your electric fireplace.
6.1 Cleaning:
- Glass Panel: Clean the glass panel with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or spray liquids directly onto the glass.
- Exterior Surfaces: Wipe the exterior surfaces with a soft, dry cloth.
- Vents: Use a vacuum cleaner with a brush attachment to clean dust from the air intake and exhaust vents.
6.2 General Care:
- Ensure the power cord is regularly inspected for any signs of damage.
- Do not attempt to service the internal components of the fireplace. Refer all servicing to qualified service personnel.
7. Troubleshooting
If you experience issues with your fireplace, consult the following common problems and solutions.
