Operating Instructions

1. Preparing Laundry

  • Sort clothes by fabric type, color, and soil level.
  • Empty pockets and close zippers or hooks to prevent damage.

2. Washing Cycle

  1. Load Clothes: Open the washer lid and place clothes loosely into the wash tub. Do not exceed the 12 lbs capacity. Overloading can reduce washing efficiency and damage the machine.
  2. Add Water: Turn on the water faucet and fill the wash tub to the desired level. You can also manually add water using a bucket.
  3. Add Detergent: Add an appropriate amount of laundry detergent. For portable washers, less detergent is often needed compared to full-sized machines to avoid excessive suds.
  4. Select Wash Mode: Turn the 'Wash Selector' knob to 'Gentle' for delicate items or 'Normal' for regular loads.
  5. Set Wash Timer: Turn the 'Wash Timer' knob to the desired washing time (0-15 minutes). The machine will start automatically.
  6. Drain Water: Once the wash cycle is complete, turn the 'Wash Selector' knob to 'Drain' to empty the wash tub. Ensure the drain hose is positioned correctly.

3. Rinsing Cycle

After draining the wash water, you can perform a rinse cycle:

  1. Refill the wash tub with clean water.
  2. Set the 'Wash Timer' for 3-5 minutes. No detergent is needed for rinsing.
  3. After rinsing, turn the 'Wash Selector' knob to 'Drain' to empty the water.

4. Spin Cycle

  1. Load Clothes: Transfer the washed and rinsed clothes from the wash tub to the spin tub. Distribute clothes evenly to prevent imbalance and excessive vibration. Do not exceed the 8 lbs spin capacity.
  2. Secure Lid: Place the safety cover over the clothes in the spin tub and close the spin tub lid securely.
  3. Set Spin Timer: Turn the 'Spin Timer' knob to the desired spinning time (0-5 minutes). The spin cycle will begin.
  4. Unload: Once the spin cycle is complete and the tub has stopped rotating, open the lid and carefully remove the clothes. Clothes will be damp and require air drying.

Maintenance

1. Cleaning the Built-in Filter

The machine is equipped with a built-in filter in the wash tub to collect lint and debris. For optimal performance, clean the filter regularly.

  • Gently pull out the filter from its housing in the wash tub.
  • Remove any accumulated lint or debris.
  • Rinse the filter under running water.
  • Reinsert the clean filter back into its housing until it clicks into place.
