1. Introduction

3. Setup

The Gyroor H40 electric scooter comes mostly pre-assembled. Follow these simple steps to complete the setup:

  1. Unboxing: Carefully remove the scooter and all components from the packaging. Check for any damage or missing parts.
  2. Handlebar Assembly: Insert the handlebar stem into the main shaft until it clicks into place. Secure it using the provided screws and Allen wrenches.
  3. Adjust Height: Press the buttons on the side of the handlebar stem to adjust it to the desired height. Ensure it locks securely into one of the three height settings.
  4. Initial Charge: Before first use, fully charge the scooter's battery. Connect the charger to the charging port on the scooter and then to a power outlet. The LED indicator on the charger will change color (e.g., red to green) when fully charged.

  1. Power On/Off: Press and hold the power button on the LED display to turn the scooter on or off.
  2. Speed Modes: The scooter has three speed modes: 'E' (Economy - 6 MPH), 'N' (Normal - 8 MPH), and 'S' (Sport - 10 MPH). Press the mode button to cycle through these options.
  3. Acceleration: To start, place one foot on the deck and push off with the other foot to gain some initial momentum (at least 3 MPH). Then, gently press the electric accelerator (thumb throttle) to engage the motor.
  4. Braking: The scooter features a dual brake system:
    • Electronic Brake: Located on the handlebar, squeeze the lever to activate.
    • Rear Fender Brake: Press down on the rear fender with your foot.
    Use both brakes for optimal stopping power and control.
  5. Lights: Press the light button on the LED display to turn the front headlight and deck lights on or off. The deck lights offer multiple color effects.
  6. Adjustable Height: To adjust the handlebar height, unlock the quick-release clamp, press the adjustment buttons, slide the handlebar to the desired height, and then re-lock the clamp.

5. Maintenance

Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and safe operation of your scooter.

  • Cleaning: Wipe the scooter with a damp cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive materials. Avoid spraying water directly onto electrical components.
  • Battery Care:
    • Charge the battery fully before first use and after each ride.
    • Do not overcharge or completely drain the battery.
