2. Safety Instructions

3.2 Control Panel
The intuitive control panel allows for easy operation and setting adjustments.

- Power Button: Turns the unit on or off.
- Mode Button: Cycles through operating modes: Automatic, Comfort, Continuous, and ONE-TIME.
- Timer Button: Sets the auto-on or auto-off timer (up to 24 hours).
- Humidity Adjustment Buttons: Increases or decreases the desired humidity level.
- Display: Shows current humidity, timer settings, or error codes.
- Indicator Lights: Show active mode (Auto, Comfort, Cont, ONE-TIME), fan speed, and "Tank Full" status.
4. Setup
- Unpacking: Carefully remove the dehumidifier from its packaging. Retain packaging for future storage or transport.
- Placement: Place the unit on a firm, level surface in the desired location. Ensure there is at least 20 cm (8 inches) of space around the air inlet and outlet grilles for proper airflow. Avoid placing it near heat sources or in direct sunlight.
- Power Connection: Plug the power cord into a grounded electrical outlet.
- Water Tank: Ensure the water tank is correctly inserted into the unit.
- Continuous Drainage (Optional): If continuous drainage is desired, connect the provided drain hose to the continuous drain outlet at the back of the unit. Ensure the hose is sloped downwards to a suitable drain (e.g., floor drain, sink) to allow gravity drainage.

5. Operating Instructions
5.1 Power On/Off
Press the Power button to turn the dehumidifier on or off.
5.2 Setting Desired Humidity
When the unit is on, use the Humidity Adjustment buttons (Up/Down arrows) to set your desired humidity level. The display will show the target humidity, then revert to showing the current room humidity.
5.3 Operating Modes
Press the Mode button to cycle through the following modes:
- Automatic Mode: The unit automatically adjusts its operation based on the ambient humidity to maintain the set target.
- Comfort Mode: Optimizes humidity for a comfortable environment, typically around 50-60% RH, while maintaining quiet operation.
- Continuous Mode: The unit runs continuously, regardless of the humidity level, until the water tank is full or the unit is manually turned off. Ideal for very damp conditions or drying laundry.
- ONE-TIME Mode: This intelligent mode automatically switches off the dehumidifier once the set humidity level is reached, saving energy. It will resume operation if humidity rises above the set level. This mode can save up to 20% energy.

5.4 Timer Function
Press the Timer button to set an auto-on or auto-off time (from 1 to 24 hours). Repeatedly press the button to adjust the desired time. The timer indicator will light up when active.
5.5 Water Tank Full Indicator
When the water tank is full, the "Tank Full" indicator light will illuminate, and the unit will automatically stop operating. Empty the water tank and reinsert it correctly to resume operation.
5.6 Automatic Defrost Function
The dehumidifier is equipped with an automatic defrost function. If frost builds up on the evaporator coils at low temperatures, the unit will automatically enter defrost mode to melt the ice, ensuring continuous and efficient operation.
5.7 Power Outage Memory
In case of a power outage, the unit will automatically restart with the previously set operating mode and humidity level once power is restored.
6. Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and extends the lifespan of your dehumidifier.
- Cleaning the Air Filter: The washable filter should be cleaned every two weeks or more frequently depending on usage and air quality.
- Turn off and unplug the unit.
- Remove the air filter from the back or side of the unit.
- Wash the filter with warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly.
- Allow the filter to air dry completely before reinserting it. Do not use a dryer or direct heat.
- Cleaning the Water Tank: Empty and clean the water tank regularly to prevent mold and mildew growth.
- Remove the water tank.
- Wash with mild detergent and warm water.
- Rinse thoroughly and dry before reinserting.
- Cleaning the Exterior: Wipe the exterior of the unit with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
- Storage: If storing the unit for an extended period, ensure it is clean and dry. Empty the water tank and disconnect the continuous drain hose if used. Store in an upright position in a cool, dry place.
