Assembly Instructions
Follow these steps carefully to assemble your YODOLLA office chair. It is recommended to assemble the chair on a soft, clean surface to prevent damage.
- Attach Casters to Base: Insert the five casters into the holes at the end of each leg of the chair base. Push firmly until they click into place.
- Install Gas Lift: Place the gas lift cylinder into the center hole of the chair base. Cover it with the gas lift cover.
- Attach Mechanism Plate: Secure the mechanism plate to the underside of the seat cushion using the provided screws. Ensure the front of the mechanism faces the front of the seat.
- Connect Seat to Gas Lift: Carefully place the assembled seat cushion onto the gas lift cylinder, ensuring it is centered and stable.
- Attach Backrest: Align the backrest with the mounting brackets on the seat cushion and secure it using the remaining screws. Tighten all screws evenly.
- Install Footrest: Slide the retractable footrest into its designated slots beneath the seat.
- Connect Massage Unit: Plug the massage remote control into the chair's massage unit port, typically located on the side or underside of the seat. Connect the power adapter to the remote and a power outlet.

Operating Instructions
1. Massage and Heat Function
Your YODOLLA office chair features 7 vibration massage points and a heat function for enhanced comfort. Use the wired remote control to operate these features.
- Power Button: Press to turn the massage and heat functions on/off.
- Heat Button: Activates or deactivates the heating function. Note: The heat function may require the massage function to be active.
- Intensity: Adjusts the vibration intensity through multiple levels.
- Mode: Selects from 5 different vibration massage modes.
- Zone Selection: Individual buttons allow you to target specific massage zones (neck, back, lumbar, legs).

2. Reclining Function
The backrest can be adjusted from 90° (upright) to 135° (reclined) to suit various activities like working, reading, gaming, or resting.
- Locate the lever on the right side of the chair, beneath the seat.
- Pull the lever upwards to unlock the backrest.
- Lean back to your desired angle, then push the lever downwards to lock the backrest in position.

3. Seat Height Adjustment
Adjust the seat height to ensure ergonomic posture at your desk. The seat height can be adjusted between 20 inches and 24 inches.
- Locate the lever on the right side of the chair, typically next to the reclining lever.
- To raise the seat: Lift the lever while taking your weight off the seat.
- To lower the seat: Lift the lever while remaining seated.
