1. Important Safeguards

3. Setup

Unpacking:

1. Remove all packaging materials, including any stickers or labels.
2. Carefully remove the air fryer oven and all accessories from the box.
3. Inspect the appliance for any signs of damage. Do not use if damaged.

Placement:

• Place the appliance on a stable, heat-resistant surface.
• Ensure there is at least 4 inches (10 cm) of clear space on all sides of the oven for proper ventilation. Do not place directly against a wall or under cabinets.
• Do not place the appliance on a stovetop or near any heat sources.

Initial Cleaning:

1. Before first use, wipe the exterior of the oven with a damp cloth.
2. Wash all accessories (air fry basket, oven rack, baking pan, crumb tray) with warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely.
3. Run the oven empty for about 15 minutes at 400°F (200°C) to burn off any manufacturing residues. A slight odor is normal during this process. Ensure good ventilation.

Digital Control Panel:

The control panel is located on the right French door handle and features a digital display, a multi-function knob, and various buttons for settings and functions.

Using Preset Functions:

1. Plug the oven into a power outlet. The display will illuminate.
2. Turn the multi-function knob to scroll through the 12 preset cooking functions (Air Fry, Toast, Roast, Bake, Broil, Dehydrate, Reheat, Keep Warm, Popcorn, Slow Cook, Proof, Bagel).
3. Once a desired preset is highlighted, press the knob to select it. The oven will display the default temperature and time for that preset.
4. To adjust the temperature or time, press the corresponding +/- buttons or turn the knob.
5. Press the "Start/Stop" button to begin cooking. The oven will preheat if necessary.

French Door Operation:

The Gourmia French Door Digital Air Fryer Oven features a single-pull mechanism. When you pull one door handle, both doors will open simultaneously for convenient access to the oven interior.
