3. Setup and Assembly

The DTTZH A12 Ebike is 95% pre-assembled. Follow these steps to complete the assembly:

Unboxing and Preparation:

1. Carefully remove the ebike from its packaging. Keep the packaging box for potential warranty shipping.
2. Cut open all protective foam packaging and remove all accessories.

Component Installation:

1. Install the Riser Pipe: Insert the riser pipe into the frame. Tighten the folding buckle on the vertical tube. Loosen the folding clasp at the top, insert the handlebar assembly, and then tighten the folding buckle to secure it.
2. Install the Electric Bicycle Seat: Unscrew the folding clasp on the seat post, insert the seat post into the frame, adjust to your desired height, and then tighten the clasp.
3. Install Pedals: Distinguish between the left (L) and right (R) pedals. Rotate the left pedal counter-clockwise to tighten. Rotate the right pedal clockwise to tighten. Use the provided tool kit to ensure they are securely fastened.
4. Install Side Steps: Loosen the screw on the rear wheel axle, install the side steps, and then tighten the screw.
5. Connect Battery: Plug in the battery connector. The installation is now complete.
6. Basket Installation (Optional): Attach the Velcro straps of the bicycle basket to the metal frame on the front handlebars.

Folding and Unfolding:

To fold the ebike, lift the folding clasp on the frame and carefully fold the frame in half. The seat cushion can also be folded away by pressing and holding the lever underneath. To unfold, reverse the process, ensuring all clasps are securely locked.
