Safety Information

Setup
1. Initial Charging
Before first use, fully charge your headset. Connect the provided Type-C charging cable to the headset's charging port and the other end to a USB power source (e.g., computer USB port, wall adapter). The LED indicator will show charging status.
The headset offers up to 30 hours of talking time and supports fast charging.

2. Power On/Off
- Power On: Press and hold the Power button for 3 seconds until the LED indicator lights up.
- Power Off: Press and hold the Power button for 3 seconds until the LED indicator turns off.
3. Connectivity Options
The AOC Captain 600 offers versatile triple connectivity: Bluetooth, USB Dongle, and Wired (3.5mm).

Bluetooth Pairing
- Ensure the headset is powered off.
- Press and hold the Power button for 5-7 seconds until the LED indicator flashes blue and red alternately, indicating pairing mode.
- On your device (smartphone, laptop), enable Bluetooth and search for "AOC Captain 600".
- Select the headset from the list to connect. The LED will turn solid blue when connected.
USB Dongle Connection
- Plug the USB dongle into an available USB port on your computer.
- Power on the headset. It will automatically attempt to connect to the dongle.
- The LED on both the headset and dongle will turn solid blue when connected.
- Ensure the AOC Captain 600 is selected as the audio input/output device in your computer's sound settings.
Wired Connection (3.5mm Audio Cable)
- Connect one end of the Type-C to 3.5mm audio cable to the headset's Type-C port.
- Connect the other end of the 3.5mm audio cable to the 3.5mm audio jack on your device.
- The headset will operate in passive wired mode. Bluetooth and USB dongle functions are disabled when using the wired connection.
Operating Instructions
1. Controls Overview
The headset features intuitive controls for managing calls and audio playback.
- Power Button: Power on/off, enter pairing mode.
- Volume Up/Down: Adjust audio volume.
- Multi-function Button: Play/pause music, answer/end calls.
- Microphone Mute Button: Mute/unmute microphone.
2. Call Management
- Answer Call: Press the Multi-function button once.
- End Call: Press the Multi-function button once during a call.
- Reject Call: Press and hold the Multi-function button for 2 seconds.
- Redial Last Number: Double-press the Multi-function button.
3. Microphone Mute Function
The headset features a dedicated mute button on the microphone boom for instant privacy.

- Mute: Press the mute button on the microphone boom. The LED on the microphone will turn red.
- Unmute: Press the mute button again. The LED will turn off.
Note: The microphone mute button is primarily for calls. It may not function as a pause button for audio playback.
4. Noise-Cancelling Microphone
The integrated noise-cancelling microphone effectively filters out background noise, ensuring clear voice transmission during calls and meetings.

5. Rotatable Microphone
