1. Introduction

The PRSCFUM S3 Shower Bluetooth Speaker is a portable, waterproof audio device designed for various environments, including showers, pools, and outdoor activities. It features Bluetooth 5.3 connectivity, true wireless stereo sound, LED lighting, and a time display. This manual provides detailed instructions for its setup, operation, and maintenance.

The speaker features intuitive buttons for power, volume control, track navigation, and mode selection. It also includes a built-in hook for easy portability and a Type-C charging port.

4. Setup

4.1. Charging the Speaker

1. Locate the Type-C charging port on the side of the speaker.
2. Connect the provided Type-C charging cable to the speaker and a compatible USB power adapter (not included).
3. The LED indicator will show charging status. A full charge typically provides 8-10 hours of playback, depending on volume and LED patterns.

4.2. Attaching the Suction Cup

The speaker comes with a detachable suction cup for easy mounting on smooth surfaces like glass or tiles.

1. Ensure the surface is clean, dry, and smooth.
2. Press the suction cup firmly against the desired surface until it adheres securely.
3. To remove, gently lift the edge of the suction cup to release the vacuum.

4.3. Powering On/Off

• To power on, press and hold the Power button until the LED lights illuminate and you hear an audible prompt.
• To power off, press and hold the Power button again until the LED lights turn off.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1. Bluetooth Pairing

1. Ensure the speaker is powered on and in Bluetooth pairing mode (indicated by a flashing LED).
2. On your mobile device, enable Bluetooth and search for available devices.
3. Select "S3" from the list of devices.
4. Once connected, the speaker will provide an audible confirmation.

5.2. True Wireless Stereo (TWS) Pairing

For an immersive audio experience, two S3 speakers can be paired together to create true wireless stereo sound.

1. Ensure both S3 speakers are powered on and not connected to any other Bluetooth device.
2. On one speaker (this will be the primary speaker), double-press the Power button. It will search for the second speaker.
3. The speakers will automatically pair with each other. An audible prompt will confirm successful TWS pairing.
4. Now, connect your mobile device to the primary speaker via Bluetooth as described in Section 5.1.

5.3. Music Playback

• Play/Pause: Press the Play/Pause button.
• Volume Up/Down: Press the Volume + or Volume - buttons.
• Next/Previous Track: Press and hold the Volume + for next track or Volume - for previous track.

5.4. Hands-Free Calling

• Answer Call: Press the Play/Pause button when a call comes in.
• End Call: Press the Play/Pause button during a call.
• Reject Call: Press and hold the Play/Pause button when a call comes in.

5.5. LED Light Modes

The speaker features multi-color LED lights. Press the Light Mode button (often labeled 'M' or a light bulb icon) to cycle through different light patterns or turn them off.

5.6. Time Display

The speaker includes a time display. When connected to an Android phone, the speaker may request SMS permission to ensure accurate time synchronization. You can decline this permission if accurate time display is not a priority, as it will not affect other speaker functions. iOS phones do not require this permission.

6. Maintenance and Care

6.1. Water Resistance (IPX7)

The PRSCFUM S3 speaker has an IPX7 waterproof rating, meaning it can withstand immersion in water up to 1 meter for 30 minutes. It is protected against water sprays and splashes, making it suitable for use in showers, by the pool, or during light rain.

To maintain its waterproof integrity, ensure the charging port cover is securely closed before exposing the speaker to water.

6.2. Cleaning

Clean the speaker with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents, as these may damage the surface or internal components.

7. Troubleshooting

• Speaker will not power on: Ensure the speaker is fully charged. Connect it to a power source using the Type-C cable and try again.
• Unable to pair via Bluetooth: Make sure the speaker is in pairing mode and within range of your device. Disconnect the speaker from any previously paired devices. If using TWS, ensure both speakers are paired to each other first, then connect your device to the primary speaker.
• Poor sound quality or low volume: Check the volume levels on both the speaker and your connected device. Ensure there are no obstructions between the speaker and your device.
• Battery life is shorter than expected: Battery performance can vary based on volume level, LED light usage, and audio content. Ensure the speaker is fully charged before use.
• Buttons are difficult to see: The buttons are designed for tactile feedback. Familiarize yourself with their positions and functions for easier use in low-light conditions or without visual aid.
