Note: This 240V heater does not come with a power cord. Hard wire accessories are not included. We advise hiring a licensed electrician to complete the installation.
4. Setup and Installation
This heater is designed for ceiling mounting. Professional installation by a licensed electrician is required.
4.1 Installation Overview

4.2 Wiring Connection
- Turn off the power at the main circuit breaker.
- Remove all screws from the bottom panel for access to the wiring compartment.
- Choose a side and open the cutout for wiring entry.
- Use the copper tips provided (for 7500W/10000W models, 5000W excluded) for better conductivity if applicable.
- Connect the wires to the power block as instructed, ensuring proper grounding.
- Tighten all terminal screws and power block lugs with the required torque.
- Close the bottom panel and tighten the screws.
- Turn on power at the main circuit breaker panel.

4.3 Mounting the Heater
- Locate a suitable ceiling position, ensuring minimum distances: 8 inches from the side to the wall, 13 inches from the front/back to the wall.
- Drill pilot holes for the mounting bracket.
- Place washers on the screws and securely fasten the bracket to the ceiling.
- Align the lower bracket holes of the heater with the bracket, then align the upper bracket holes.
- Use the keyhole slots for adjusting the angle of the heater.

5. Operating Instructions
The heater can be controlled via the LED touch screen on the unit or the included remote control.
5.1 Power On/Off
- Press the 'ON/OFF' button on the control panel or remote to turn the heater on or off.
5.2 Mode Selection
- Press the 'MODE' button to cycle through power settings: 3000W (Low), 4000W (Medium), 5000W (High), and Fan Only.

5.3 Temperature Adjustment
- Use the 'TEMP+' and 'TEMP-' buttons on the control panel or remote to set the desired temperature. The built-in thermostat will maintain the set temperature.
- Press the '°F/°C' button to switch between Fahrenheit and Celsius display.

5.4 ECO Mode
- Activate ECO Mode by pressing the 'ECO' button. The heater will automatically adjust its power output based on the ambient temperature to optimize energy consumption while maintaining comfort.
