Setup
1. Initial Charging

2. Attaching the Wristband

3. Powering On/Off
- To Power On: Press and hold the power button for 3 seconds.
- To Power Off: Press and hold the power button for 3 seconds until the power-off prompt appears, then confirm.
- Automatic Shutdown: The device will automatically shut down after 3 minutes of inactivity to conserve battery.
