• Power Button: Press and hold for 3 seconds to power on/off. Single click to play/pause in Bluetooth mode. Double-click to answer/end a call.
• Volume Buttons (+/-): Click to adjust volume. Press and hold to continuously increase/decrease volume.
• Microphone Mute Button: Click to toggle microphone mute on/off. Double-click to toggle ambient RGB lighting on/off.
• Adjustable Microphone: The boom microphone can be adjusted for optimal voice pickup and can be moved out of the way when not in use.
• RGB Lighting: The headset features customizable RGB lighting on the earcups.
• Padded Headband and Earcups: Designed for comfort during extended use.

Setup and Connectivity

The ACG 2502 offers multiple connectivity options:

2.4 GHz Wireless Connection (USB Transmitter)

1. Plug the USB transmitter into an available USB-A or USB-C port on your PC, PS5, PS4, or Nintendo Switch.
2. Power on the headset by pressing and holding the Power Button for 3 seconds.
3. The headset will automatically connect to the transmitter. The indicator light on the headset will turn solid white, and the transmitter's blue light will stay on.
4. Note: The microphone is disabled when using the USB transmitter with PS4/PS5.

Bluetooth 5.4 Connection

1. Power on the headset.
2. Press and hold the Power Button for 5 seconds to enter Bluetooth pairing mode. The indicator light will blink blue.
3. On your mobile device or PC, open Bluetooth settings and search for "AOC ACG2502".
4. Select the headset to pair. Once connected, the indicator light will turn solid blue.
5. Note: Bluetooth modes are incompatible with PS5 and PS4.

3.5mm Wired Connection

1. Connect one end of the included Type-C to 3.5mm Audio Cable to the headset's Type-C port.
2. Connect the other end of the 3.5mm audio cable to the 3.5mm audio jack on your device (e.g., Xbox Series X/S controller, mobile device).
3. Note: Only the 3.5mm wired mode is compatible with Xbox Series X/S. Other Xbox models are not supported.

Operating Instructions

Power On/Off

• To power on, press and hold the Power Button for 3 seconds until the indicator light illuminates.
• To power off, press and hold the Power Button for 3 seconds until the indicator light turns off.

Volume Control

• Click the Volume '+' button to increase volume. Press and hold to continuously raise volume.
• Click the Volume '-' button to decrease volume. Press and hold to continuously lower volume.

Microphone Mute

• Click the Mute Button to toggle microphone mute on/off.

RGB Lighting Control

• Double-click the Mute Button to toggle the ambient RGB lighting on/off.

Charging

• Connect the Type-C charging cable to the charging port on the headset and the other end to a USB power source.
• The charging indicator light will be red while charging and blue when fully charged.
• A full charge takes approximately 2.5 hours.
• The headset provides up to 45 hours of gameplay on a single charge.
• You can continue gaming while the headset is charging.

Maintenance and Care

• Clean the headset regularly with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
• Store the headset in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
• Do not expose the headset to water or excessive moisture.

• No Sound:
  • Check volume levels on both the headset and your connected device.

  • Ensure the headset is in pairing mode (blinking blue light for Bluetooth, solid white for 2.4 GHz).

• Microphone Not Working:
  • Check if the microphone is muted (via the headset button or device settings).
