4. Setup
4.1 Power On/Off
- To Power On: Press and hold the Power/Mode button (usually marked with ⑂/M) for a few seconds until the speaker powers on and you hear an audible prompt.
- To Power Off: Press and hold the Power/Mode button for a few seconds until the speaker powers off.
4.2 Bluetooth Pairing
- Ensure the speaker is powered on and in Bluetooth mode. If not, briefly press the Power/Mode button to cycle through modes until you hear "Bluetooth mode" or see "BLUE" on the display.
- On your mobile device (smartphone, tablet, etc.), enable Bluetooth and search for available devices.
- Select "WS-558" from the list of devices.
- Once connected, you will hear a confirmation tone or voice prompt.

4.3 TWS (True Wireless Stereo) Pairing
To achieve true stereo sound, you can pair two WS-558 speakers together:
- Ensure both WS-558 speakers are powered on and in Bluetooth mode, but not yet connected to any device.
- On one of the speakers, double-press the Play/Pause button. You will hear a prompt indicating TWS pairing mode.
- The two speakers will automatically connect to each other. Once connected, you will hear a confirmation tone.
- Now, connect your mobile device to one of the paired speakers via Bluetooth as described in section 4.2. Both speakers will play audio in stereo.

5. Operating Instructions
5.1 Music Playback (Bluetooth Mode)
- Play/Pause: Briefly press the Play/Pause button.
- Volume Up: Press and hold the Next Track (⏭) button.
- Volume Down: Press and hold the Previous Track (⏮) button.
- Next Track: Briefly press the Next Track (⏭) button.
- Previous Track: Briefly press the Previous Track (⏮) button.
5.2 Mode Switching
Briefly press the Power/Mode button (⑂/M) to cycle through available modes: Bluetooth, FM Radio, USB, and TF Card.
5.3 FM Radio Operation
- Switch the speaker to FM Radio mode.
- To auto-scan and save channels: Press and hold the Play/Pause button. The speaker will scan for stations and save them automatically.
- To change channels: Briefly press the Next Track (⏭) or Previous Track (⏮) buttons.
5.4 USB/TF Card Playback
- Insert a USB drive or TF card (with MP3 audio files) into the corresponding port on the speaker.
- The speaker will automatically switch to USB or TF card mode and begin playing music.
- Use the Play/Pause, Next Track, and Previous Track buttons for control as in Bluetooth mode.
5.5 Hands-Free Calling
When connected to your phone via Bluetooth:
- Answer Call: Briefly press the Play/Pause button.
- End Call: Briefly press the Play/Pause button.
- Reject Call: Press and hold the Play/Pause button.
- Switch between speaker/phone: During a call, briefly press the Play/Pause button to switch the audio output between the speaker and your mobile phone.
6. Maintenance
- Clean the speaker with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
- Keep the speaker away from water, moisture, and extreme temperatures.
- Avoid dropping or subjecting the speaker to strong impacts.
- When not in use for extended periods, store the speaker in a cool, dry place.
7. Troubleshooting
- No Power: Ensure the speaker is charged. Connect the power cable and charge for at least 2 hours.
- Cannot Pair Bluetooth: Make sure the speaker is in Bluetooth mode and not connected to another device. Disable and re-enable Bluetooth on your mobile device and try again.
- No Sound: Check the volume levels on both the speaker and your connected device. Ensure the device is properly paired.
- FM Radio Reception Poor: Try repositioning the speaker to improve signal reception.
