Setup and First Use
Follow these steps to set up your air fryer for the first time:
- Unpack: Carefully remove all packaging materials, stickers, and labels from the appliance.
- Clean Components: Wash the borosilicate glass bowl and stainless steel tray with warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely. Wipe the main unit with a damp cloth.
- Placement: Place the air fryer on a stable, heat-resistant, and level surface. Ensure there is at least 6 inches (15 cm) of clear space around the back and sides of the appliance for proper ventilation. Do not place it directly against a wall or under cabinets.
- Insert Bowl and Tray: Place the stainless steel tray inside the glass bowl, then slide the assembled bowl into the main unit until it clicks securely into place.
- Power Connection: Plug the power cord into a grounded electrical outlet. The control panel will illuminate briefly.
- Initial Run (Optional): For the first use, it is recommended to run the air fryer empty for about 10-15 minutes at 350°F (175°C) to eliminate any manufacturing odors. A slight odor may be present, which is normal and will dissipate.

Operating Instructions

Using Smart Presets

To use a preset:

Manual Temperature and Time Adjustment
For custom cooking, use the DIY button:
- Place food on the stainless steel tray inside the glass bowl.
- Press the Power button.
- Press the DIY button. The temperature will flash. Use the +/- buttons to adjust the temperature (range: 100°F - 400°F).
- Press the DIY button again. The time will flash. Use the +/- buttons to adjust the cooking time.
- Press the Power button to start cooking.
Cooking Process
During cooking, you can safely pull out the glass bowl using the stay-cool handle to check on your food or shake the contents. The air fryer will automatically pause and resume cooking once the bowl is reinserted.

- Rinse thoroughly and dry completely before reassembling or storing.
