1. Introduction

Thank you for choosing the EVVO Tasty Fryer Advance 6L Air Fryer. This appliance is designed to provide a healthier way to cook your favorite foods, using hot air circulation to achieve crispy results with little to no oil. Please read this manual thoroughly before first use to ensure safe and optimal operation.

2. Important Safety Instructions

Read all instructions before use.
Do not immerse the main unit, cord, or plug in water or other liquids.
Keep the appliance out of reach of children.
Ensure the voltage indicated on the appliance matches your local mains voltage.
Do not operate any appliance with a damaged cord or plug.
Always unplug the appliance when not in use and before cleaning.
Do not place the appliance against a wall or other appliances. Leave at least 10 cm free space on the back and sides and 10 cm free space above the appliance.
Hot air is released through the air outlet vents. Keep your hands and face at a safe distance from the steam and from the air outlet openings.
Do not fill the basket with oil, as this may cause a fire hazard.
The appliance is not dishwasher safe. Refer to the cleaning section for proper care.

4. Setup

4.1 Before First Use

Remove all packaging materials and stickers.
Clean the basket and non-stick tray with hot water, dish soap, and a non-abrasive sponge.
Wipe the inside and outside of the appliance with a damp cloth.
Ensure all parts are completely dry before use.

4.2 Placement

Place the appliance on a stable, horizontal, and heat-resistant surface.
Ensure adequate ventilation around the unit (at least 10 cm clearance on all sides).

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Powering On/Off

Plug the power cord into a grounded wall outlet. The power button will illuminate.
Press the power button (⏻) to turn the appliance on. The display will show default settings or previous settings.
To turn off, press and hold the power button until the display turns off.

5.2 Preparing for Cooking

Carefully pull the basket out of the air fryer.
Place the non-stick tray inside the basket.
Place your ingredients into the basket, ensuring not to overfill.
Slide the basket back into the air fryer until it clicks into place.

5.3 Using the Touch Control Panel

Preset Programs: Press the 'MENU' button to cycle through 10 pre-set cooking programs (e.g., French fries, steak, chicken, fish, pizza, vegetables). Each program has a default time and temperature.
Adjusting Temperature: Use the temperature up (△) and down (▽) arrows to set the desired temperature (40°C to 200°C).
Adjusting Time: Use the time up (△) and down (▽) arrows to set the desired cooking time.
Start/Pause: Press the 'START/PAUSE' button to begin or temporarily stop the cooking process.
Automatic Shut-off: The appliance will automatically turn off when the timer reaches zero or if the basket is removed during operation.

5.4 Dual Cyclone Technology

6. Cooking Tips

Smaller pieces of food generally require shorter cooking times.

7. Cleaning and Maintenance

Proper cleaning ensures the longevity and performance of your air fryer.

Always unplug the appliance and allow it to cool down completely before cleaning.
The basket and non-stick tray are not dishwasher safe. Wash them with hot water, dish soap, and a non-abrasive sponge.
For stubborn food residue, soak the basket and tray in hot water with dish soap for about 10 minutes.
Wipe the exterior of the appliance with a damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners.
Clean the interior of the appliance with a damp cloth and mild detergent.
