Maintenance

1. Cleaning

Wipe the watch case and strap with a soft, dry cloth. For stubborn dirt, a slightly damp cloth can be used, followed by immediate drying. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.

2. Water Resistance (30M)

Your watch is water resistant to 30 meters (3 ATM). This means it is suitable for everyday use and can withstand splashes or brief immersion in water. It is not suitable for swimming, showering, or diving. Avoid operating buttons while the watch is wet to prevent water ingress.

3. Battery Replacement

When the digital display becomes dim or stops functioning, the battery may need replacement. Battery replacement should be performed by a qualified watch technician to ensure proper sealing and water resistance. Attempting to replace the battery yourself may void the warranty and compromise the watch's water resistance.

4. Storage

Store your watch in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. If storing for an extended period, consider removing the battery to prevent leakage, though this is generally not necessary for modern watch batteries.

Troubleshooting

  • Digital Display is Blank or Dim: The battery may be low or depleted. Replace the battery.
  • Incorrect Time Display: Re-set the time following the 'Initial Time Setting' instructions. Ensure the 12/24-hour format is correctly selected.
  • Analog Hands Do Not Match Digital Time: Some models require manual synchronization. If no specific instructions are provided, a professional watch repair service can adjust them.
  • Buttons Are Unresponsive: Ensure the watch is not in a locked mode (if applicable). If the issue persists, the watch may require servicing.
  • Water Inside the Watch: Immediately take the watch to a professional for inspection and repair to prevent further damage.
