Setup and Assembly
The VEIKOU greenhouse features a sliding panel assembly system and riveted construction for simplified installation. Follow the numbered steps and refer to the diagrams for proper component placement.
1. Site Preparation
Choose a level, well-drained area for your greenhouse. Ensure adequate space around the structure for access and maintenance. It is recommended to prepare a solid foundation or use tie-down kits for increased stability.
2. Frame Assembly
Assemble the powder-coated aluminum frame according to the provided diagrams. Ensure all connections are secure. The frame is rust-resistant and weather-resistant.

3. Panel Installation
Insert the 4mm twin-wall polycarbonate panels into the frame's sliding channels. Ensure the panels are correctly oriented. These panels provide good heat preservation and light transmittance.

4. Door and Vent Installation
Install the lockable door with its handles for comfortable use. Attach the upgraded roof vent, which features a pole-less mode with pulleys for easy adjustment. The vent can be mounted in any panel and its position customized during assembly.

5. Anchoring the Greenhouse
It is highly recommended to use tie-down kits (not included) to improve the wind resistance of the greenhouse. You can bolt the greenhouse down to the ground with a concrete slab, base plates, or flanged feet. Additionally, sealing the panels with silicone sealant (not included) can prevent panels from blowing away in strong winds.

Operating Instructions
1. Ventilation
Utilize the upgraded roof vent to regulate airflow. Rotate or fix the buttons tightly to adjust the vent to a suitable angle, ensuring your plants receive fresh air and preventing overheating.
2. Door Usage
The lockable door provides easy access and security. Use the integrated door handles for comfortable opening and closing. Ensure the door is securely locked when not in use, especially during windy conditions.
Maintenance
1. Cleaning
Regularly clean the polycarbonate panels with mild soap and water to maintain light transmission. Avoid abrasive cleaners or tools that could scratch the panels.
2. Frame Inspection
Periodically inspect the aluminum frame for any signs of damage or loose connections. Tighten screws as needed to maintain structural integrity. The powder-coated finish helps prevent rust.
3. Panel Sealing
Check the panel seals regularly. If necessary, reapply silicone sealant to ensure panels remain secure and watertight, especially before winter or during periods of high wind.
4. Winter Preparation
In regions with heavy snowfall, consider gently removing accumulated snow from the roof to prevent excessive weight on the structure. Ensure all vents and doors are securely closed to retain heat.
Troubleshooting
1. Panels Loosening
If panels become loose, ensure all frame screws are tightened. Consider applying silicone sealant around the edges of the panels for added security against wind.
2. Poor Ventilation
Check that the roof vent is opening and closing correctly. Adjust the pulley system to ensure maximum airflow when needed. Consider adding a solar fan for enhanced air circulation in very hot climates.
3. Instability in Wind
Ensure the greenhouse is properly anchored to the ground. Use heavy-duty tie-down kits or secure the base to a concrete foundation. Reinforce the structure with additional bracing if located in an extremely windy area.
