4.2. Step-by-Step Assembly Guide

1. Prepare the Base: Attach the bottom support bars to the side panels using the provided screws. Ensure all connections are secure.
2. Install Casters: Securely attach the four lockable casters to the bottom of the cabinet frame. Ensure they are tightened to allow for smooth rotation and locking.
3. Assemble the Cabinet Frame: Connect the back panels to the side panels and bottom supports. Use the appropriate screws to create a sturdy frame.
4. Attach the Top Panel: Carefully place the top panel onto the assembled frame, aligning the screw holes. Secure it with screws.
5. Assemble the Drawers: Fold the metal drawer buckets and insert the drawer back panels. Secure these components with screws.
6. Install Hanging Bars: Place the adjustable hanging bars inside each drawer bucket. These can be repositioned to fit Letter or Legal size files.
