Setup and Assembly
The TTSITG Large Rifle Safe requires assembly. It is recommended to have at least two people for assembly due to the size and weight of the components. Refer to the included assembly video (if available) and these instructions.
Tools Required (Not Included):

- Wrench (appropriate size for mounting bolts)
- Drill (for wall mounting)
Assembly Steps:
- Unpacking: Carefully unpack all components from both packages. Inspect for any damage.
- Base Assembly: Attach the side panels to the base panel using the provided hardware. Ensure all connections are secure.
- Back Panel: Secure the back panel to the assembled sides and base.
- Top Panel: Attach the top panel, ensuring all edges align properly.
- Door Installation: Carefully attach the door assembly to the main safe body. Ensure the hinges are properly aligned and secured.
- Interior Configuration:
- Install the rifle racks into the designated slots.
- Place the removable shelves as desired. The shelves can be adjusted or removed to accommodate different firearm lengths.
- Attach the door panel organizer components (pistol holsters, magazine pouches, storage pockets) to the inside of the door.

- Wall Mounting (Recommended):
- Position the safe in its desired location.
- Mark the locations of the 4 pre-drilled holes on the back of the safe onto the wall.
- Drill pilot holes into the wall at the marked locations.
- Secure the safe to the wall using the included mounting bolts. Ensure the safe is stable and cannot be easily moved or tipped.
Operating Instructions
Initial Setup of Electronic Lock:
- Install Batteries: Open the battery compartment on the back of the keypad. Insert 4 AA batteries (not included), ensuring correct polarity.
- Set Initial Code: With the door open, press the reset button (usually located on the inside of the door or near the battery compartment). Enter your desired 4-8 digit code, then press '#' or '*' to confirm. Test the new code with the door open before closing.
Accessing the Safe:
The safe offers three methods for quick access:
- Digital Password:
- Enter your programmed digital password on the keypad.
- Turn the handle clockwise to open the door.

- Emergency Key:
- Locate the keyhole, typically hidden behind the keypad panel.
- Insert the emergency key and turn it.
- Simultaneously turn the handle clockwise to open the door.
- External Battery Box: (Use if internal batteries are depleted)
- Connect the external battery box to the port, usually located behind the keypad panel.
- Enter your digital password on the keypad.
- Turn the handle clockwise to open the door.
Special Features:
- Auto-Lock on Password Error: If an incorrect password is entered three consecutive times, the system will automatically lock for 20 seconds. If three more incorrect attempts are made, the system will lock for an additional 5 minutes. During the lock period, all operations are invalid.
- Silent Mode: To activate silent mode, enter "11#" on the keypad. The buzzer will make a long sound, indicating that all sounds are successfully enabled or disabled. To restore sound, reinstall the battery or restore factory settings.
- LED Interior Light: The LED light will illuminate when the correct code is entered and the door is opened, aiding visibility inside the safe. A magnetic lamp is also included for additional illumination.
- 180-Degree Full Access Door: The safe door opens 180 degrees, providing a wide and unobstructed opening for easy retrieval and storage of firearms.

Maintenance
- Battery Replacement: Replace the internal AA batteries annually or when the low battery indicator appears. Use the external battery box for temporary power if internal batteries are depleted.
- Cleaning: Wipe the exterior and interior of the safe with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners or solvents.
- Lock Mechanism: Do not lubricate the electronic lock mechanism. If the lock mechanism feels stiff, contact customer service.
- Key Storage: Store emergency keys in a secure location outside the safe.
