Setup and Wiring
The FX1N-10MR module requires a DC power supply between 10V and 28V. Ensure correct polarity when connecting the power. The module features screw terminals for inputs (X0-X5), outputs (Y0-Y3), and power (DC10-28V, GND).

Figure 2: Top view of the module, highlighting the input terminals (X0-X5) on the right and output terminals (Y0-Y3) on the left, along with power connections.
Connect your NPN sensors to the input terminals (X0-X5) as required by your application. The relay outputs (Y0-Y3) can be connected to control external devices such as motors or other relays, respecting the 2 Amp current rating.

Operating Instructions and Programming Functions
The FX1N-10MR module supports various programmable functions. Programming is achieved by configuring signals to control the relays. Below are examples of common functions:
- Sequential Relay Activation: Upon power-on, Relay 1 closes after N seconds, followed by Relay 2 closing after another N seconds.
- Timed Cyclic Relay Deactivation: Upon power-on, Relay 1 deactivates after N seconds, then Relay 2 deactivates after N seconds, and this cycle repeats.
- Signal-Triggered Timed Relay Operation: When a signal or button is triggered, Relay 1 deactivates after N seconds, then Relay 2 deactivates after N seconds. This action repeats upon subsequent triggers.
- Conditional Relay Control (Signal 1): If Signal 1 is active, Relay 1 closes and Relay 2 opens.
- Conditional Relay Control (Signal 2): If Signal 2 is active, Relay 1 opens and Relay 2 closes.
- NPN Sensor Integration: The module can be programmed to control relays based on NPN sensor signals.
- Independent Signal Control: Signal 1 controls Relay 1, and Signal 2 controls Relay 2 independently.
- Timed Motor Reversal Cycle: Upon power-on, the motor rotates in one direction for N seconds, then reverses for N seconds, and this cycle repeats.
- Signal-Controlled Motor Direction: Signal 1 initiates forward motor rotation, while Signal 2 initiates reverse motor rotation.
For detailed programming instructions and specific 'N' values, refer to the programming software or documentation provided by the manufacturer.
Maintenance
The YWBL-WH FX1N-10MR module is designed for low maintenance. Keep the module clean and free from dust and moisture. Periodically check all wiring connections to ensure they are secure. Avoid exposing the module to extreme temperatures or corrosive environments.
Troubleshooting
- Module Not Powering On: Verify the power supply voltage is within the 10-28V DC range and that polarity is correct. Check all power connections.
- Relays Not Activating: Ensure input signals are correctly connected and within the expected voltage range for NPN sensors. Verify programming logic.
- Intermittent Operation: Check for loose wiring connections or environmental factors such as excessive vibration or temperature fluctuations.
- Incorrect Timing: Review the programmed 'N' values and ensure the timing circuit is functioning correctly.
