4. Setup

4.1. Mounting the Light

The DazzlingStage LED Par Light is designed for flexible installation. It can be mounted on a truss, ceiling, or placed on a flat surface. Always ensure the mounting location is stable and capable of supporting the weight of the fixture. Use appropriate clamps and safety cables when suspending the unit.

4.2. Connecting Power and DMX

Connect the provided power cord to the POWER IN socket on the rear panel of the light and then to a suitable power outlet. For DMX control, connect a DMX cable from your DMX controller to the DMX IN socket. If linking multiple units, connect the DMX OUT of the first unit to the DMX IN of the next, and so on.

5. Operating Modes

The DazzlingStage LED Par Light offers several operating modes, selectable via the control panel on the rear of the unit.

5.1. DMX512 Control Mode

This mode allows professional control of the light's functions using a DMX512 controller. The light supports various channel modes (7, 9, 12, 64, 66 channels) for different levels of control, including individual pixel control for the 4x18W RGBW LEDs. Refer to the DMX channel chart (typically found in a separate DMX manual or on the product display) for detailed channel assignments.

5.2. Auto-run Mode

In Auto-run mode, the light cycles through over 30 pre-programmed dynamic effects automatically. The speed of these effects can be adjusted via the control panel.

5.3. Sound-Active Mode

The Sound-Active mode enables the light to react to music or ambient sound through its built-in microphone. The sensitivity of the microphone can be adjusted to suit the environment and desired responsiveness.

5.4. Master-Slave Mode

Connect multiple DazzlingStage LED Par Lights using DMX cables. Set one unit as the 'Master' and the others as 'Slave' units. The slave units will then synchronize their operations with the master unit, creating a coordinated light show without the need for an external DMX controller.

The light offers extensive options for creating diverse visual effects.

• Static Colors: Quickly select from 8 static colors for solid hues.
• Dynamic Programs: Access over 30 pre-programmed dynamic effects including rotating, fading, and strobe.
• Adjustable Parameters: Speed and brightness are adjustable across various modes to tailor performances.
• RGBW and RGB Mixing: The dual-layer system allows for a wide spectrum of colors and effects, including 16.7 million vivid color mixes.

7. Maintenance
