4. Setup & Installation

Follow these steps to properly install the CAMMOO QH-D01 3-Point Quick Hitch onto your Category 1 tractor.

4.1 Attaching the Quick Hitch to the Tractor

1. Position your tractor on a level surface and engage the parking brake.
2. Align the quick hitch with the tractor's 3-point linkage arms.
3. Connect the lower lift arms of the tractor to the lower pins of the quick hitch. Secure with appropriate pins and clips.
4. Connect the top link of the tractor to the adjustable top hook of the quick hitch. Secure with the provided quick pins.
5. Ensure all connections are tight and secure before proceeding.

4.2 Using the Versatile Quick Hitch Adapter

The versatile adapter is designed to accommodate older implements or those with different pin configurations that may not directly fit the quick hitch hooks. It can be detached from its pre-installed position for separate use or to adjust the top link height.

1. If your implement requires a different top link height, detach the adapter from its storage position.
2. Insert the adapter into the top hook of the quick hitch, selecting one of the two available height settings.
3. Secure the adapter with the provided pins.
4. Connect the implement's top link to the adapter.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Connecting Implements

1. With the quick hitch securely mounted to the tractor, back the tractor slowly towards the implement.
2. Align the lower hooks of the quick hitch with the implement's lower pins.
3. Lower the tractor's 3-point linkage until the hooks engage the pins.
4. Connect the implement's top link to the quick hitch's top hook (or adapter, if used).
5. Ensure all connections are secure and pins are locked in place.

5.2 Adjusting Implement Height (5-Level Adjustable Bolt)

The quick hitch features a 5-level adjustable bolt system for precise height control of your implement.

1. To adjust the height, remove the quick pins from the top link connection.
2. Select the desired hole position on the adjustable bolt mechanism to raise or lower the implement.
3. Reinsert and secure the quick pins.
4. Verify the implement is at the correct working height before operation.

5.3 Using the 2" Receiver

The integrated 2" receiver allows for towing trailers or connecting other equipment directly.

1. Insert your trailer hitch or other 2" receiver compatible attachment into the receiver tube.
2. Secure the attachment with a hitch pin and clip.
3. Ensure the attachment is fully seated and secured before towing or operating.

Important Note for PTO Implements: The 2" receiver may interfere with some Power Take-Off (PTO) driven implements. If clearance issues arise, the 2" receiver is removable. Consult a professional for any modifications.

6. Maintenance
