Setup

Unpacking

  1. Carefully remove the ice maker from its packaging.
  2. Remove all packing materials, including tape and protective films.
  3. Inspect the appliance for any damage. If damaged, do not operate and contact customer support.

Placement

  • Place the ice maker on a flat, stable, and heat-resistant surface.
  • Ensure there is adequate ventilation around the unit (at least 5 inches of space on all sides).
  • Avoid placing the ice maker near direct sunlight, heat sources, or appliances that emit heat.
  • Ensure the power cord is not pinched or damaged.

Initial Cleaning

Before first use, it is recommended to clean the ice maker.

  1. Fill the water reservoir with clean, potable water.
  2. Initiate the self-cleaning cycle (refer to the "Operating Instructions" section for details).
  3. After the cleaning cycle, drain the water completely.

Operating Instructions

Filling the Water Reservoir

  1. Locate the 2.4L removable water reservoir at the rear of the unit.
  2. The reservoir can be filled directly through the flip-top lid while attached to the machine.
  3. Alternatively, the reservoir can be removed and filled under a faucet. Ensure it is securely re-inserted before operation.
  4. Use only clean, potable water. Do not exceed the maximum fill line.

Making Ice

  1. Ensure the water reservoir is filled.
  2. Plug the ice maker into a grounded electrical outlet.
  3. Press the ON/OFF button on the control panel to start the ice making process. The "ICE" indicator light will illuminate.
  4. The first batch of ice typically takes 8-11 minutes. Subsequent batches may be faster.
  5. The ice maker will continue to produce ice until the ice basket is full or the water reservoir is empty.

Dispensing Ice

  • Place your cup or glass directly under the ice dispenser opening.
  • Pull the lever located above the dispenser opening to release ice.
  • Release the lever to stop dispensing.

Control Panel Indicators

  • Ice Quantity Indicator: A five-level indicator shows the amount of ice remaining in the storage basket.

Maintenance

Self-Cleaning Function
