Setup Instructions
- Assemble the Sprayer: The sprayer is designed for easy disassembly and assembly. Attach the spray gun section to the motor unit.
- Dilute and Measure Paint: Use the provided viscosity cup to measure the paint's viscosity. For optimal spraying, paint should have a maximum viscosity of 100 DIN-s. Dilute paint with appropriate thinner (water for water-based paints, specific thinner for oil-based paints) until the desired viscosity is achieved.
- Adjust Suction Tube: Adjust the suction tube based on your spray angle. For downward spraying, ensure the tube is angled towards the front of the container. For upward spraying, angle it towards the back.
- Pour Paint: Carefully pour the prepared paint into the 1000ml container.
- Select Nozzle: Choose one of the four interchangeable nozzles (1.0mm, 1.5mm, 1.5mm, 2.0mm) based on your paint type and desired spray output. The 1.0mm nozzle is suitable for fine finishes, while larger nozzles are for thicker coatings.

Maintenance and Cleaning
Clean the paint sprayer immediately after each use to prevent clogging and ensure proper function for future projects.
- For Water-Based Paints: Clean directly with water. Continue rinsing until the water runs clear.
- For Oil-Based Paints: Use appropriate thinner (not water) to clean the paint. After cleaning with thinner, rinse with water to remove any residual thinner.
- Post-Cleaning Test: After cleaning, perform a test spray on waste paper until no particles or impurities are visible. Verify that the atomization is uniform.
- Disassembly for Thorough Cleaning: Disassemble the sprayer components as shown in the setup section for a thorough cleaning of all parts, including nozzles and the suction tube.
